This has always been our favorite Scooter's. We don't live near by, but make sure to visit this specific location on Sundays and have spent several hundred dollars at this store in just the last year. We have noticed a change the last few months. The girls who used to work Sunday mornings were always so friendly and helpful and made you feel welcome. Those girls are now all gone and the place hasn't been the same. We visited yesterday morning, and were not welcomed when we walked in. The girl just stood at the register and looked at us. We gave our order and I must have accidently toggled on my free drink reward. We both ordered brewed coffee, so I definitely didn't want to waste a $9 free drink on that. The girl said there was nothing she could do, so I asked her to cancel the order and start again and she gave up and told the guy that he needed to come over. He got it fixed. I had to remind them to use our reusable mugs, because the girl didn't tell him at all that we had our own mugs. When we got our coffee, my medium brew tasted awful. My husband agreed and just told me to go dump it out and we could share his. To be fair, the workers had no idea my coffee was awful because I had already dealt with their poor customer service and didn't want to have to approach them again. I ran into a friend after that and she said the place has really gone down hill since a new owner took over. If that's the case, then we will have to find a new coffee place to go to Sunday mornings. Bring back the girls who used to work there, pay them more and figure out how to make your customers feel welcomed at your coffee shop.

This is my favorite scooters in the whole world. I literally drive 30 minutes from my house to come here when I'm feeling down and need an especially good drink and welcoming environment. The baristas here are soo so sweet to me every time I come. They're always being silly and friendly, and I've never had a messed up drink here. If you ask for extra drizzle, just know that you're really going to get that extra drizzle 🤭

$7 for a watered down cold brew, more like coffee flavored water.

Went here with my sister to chill and sip coffee ; no expectations set... the two lady employees working in the evening were very respectful and greeted us. Thank you for the welcoming experience.

Parking: needs more directions.

I love this location, the people are friendly and the place is always clean and pretty full (I think everybody else loves this place too). I have been to many coffee shops all over Omaha and all over the country this Scooter's is the best or at least one of the best.

Really nice place. Nice atmosphere. Nice employees. The only reason I give it four stars are the prices are slightly high

I ordered a chai tea latte and forgot to order it with oat milk and not dairy. I can’t do dairy. When I got to the window to pay I asked if they could change it for me. They took the old drink and set it on the back counter (obviously to drink it for themselves) and then charged me for a whole new drink. I was charged $14 for a damn drink. This has never happened anywhere I have ever gone. I know it was my fault but still, it’s just common courtesy to change it, especially when they kept the old drink. God knows I spend enough money here. When I asked for receipts for my 2 orders (since I was charged again for the new drink but they kept the old one) they gave me someone else’s receipts. Will never go here again. Highly disappointed. I’m better off going somewhere else. They also had really poor attitudes even before I got to the checkout window. They did not seem happy or friendly at all.

I used to really love this Scooter's, but recently I have had to ask for low ice when I order a blender because the baristas have been putting entirely too much ice in the drinks. This morning, it seems like the baristas did the opposite of what I asked when I asked for low ice because my drink takes like watered down milk and I have decently-sized ice to crunch on. I am getting tired of getting mediocre drinks, which is really sad to say of a Scooter's I thought was the best one in Omaha at some point.
