The past two times that I have come here I have gotten terrible service kicked off the property for drinking my mocha & today I was told I CAN'T HELP YOU that's it, these two mamangers need to go back and learn some more management skills and customer service. I'm calling corporate in the morning since these two managers have been there that store has gone downhill I can tell because I've been going in there long enough and I know how the employees are

Scooters Coffee is fantastic! The Mango Vertigo is perfectly fruity, the Pumpkin Spice is warm and comforting, the Caramel Muffin is soft and buttery, and the Chocolate Chip Cookie is loaded with chocolate. Customer service is outstanding every time. Highly recommend!

I stopped here since I was out that way. Got my regular order that I get from the location near me and my drink was awful. I couldn't even drink it. Very disappointed since it is a $9.00 drink. I didn't have time to turn around and we don't live close at all. I have tried calling the location and it just rings and rings.

I love scooters coffee. This location is the closest to my place, so I stop by a few times. The first time was not the best I pulled up early in the morning before 7am and was ignored at the window. I made contact with the batista but was not greeted I waited 3 minutes before driving away and going to another scooters. Yesterday I ordered a large and got a medium didn't notice until I was already halfway to work. I still got charged for the large because that's what I order. Not very good experiences with this location.

ABSOLUTELY 💯 LOVE our local Scooters. Service is EXCELLENT The Peanut 🥜 power drinks are AMAZING ! Staff is always friendly, with or without a tip.

My son always stops at this location on his way over to visit and brings me a Scooters drink. The drinks are always tasty and service is fast and good. The only complaint is I like the seasonal drinks and they don't put the toppings on. the caramel apple smoothie didn't have any caramel on the top or in the drink, the trick or treat beverage didn't have the candy pieces, the mr merry mint didn't have candy cane pieces and just yesterday I got the Jolly Gumdrop Smoothie and no gumdrops. Have had these at other locations and they were not omitted.

My granddaughter wanted her strawberry banana smoothie. I didn't realize the time. They had just closed.. but the employee there offered to make the drink for her. That is why I've always loved my Scooters. Employees go above and beyond for their customers. Thank you.

My husband and I ordered here on Sunday evening. Even though, I was disappointed that "Pot of Gold" wasn't on the menu, DeeDee was wonderful and helpful. She made the suggestion of toffee nut latte if I liked Health bar flavor. I decided to try it, and now I have a new favorite.
