I went up to the drive thru to order an aquamarine sparkling soda. I tried to use my physical gift card, but I learned that apparently if I loaded funds on my phone, I cant use the physical card (unlike Starbucks). I didn’t know that so I told the staff to scrap the order and that I’ll come back later. The girls who helped me, Kenzie and Erica, were SUPER kind and understanding!! They ran out to chase after me, told me I could have the drink, and that I can come back another time. I couldn’t believe their kindness. I came back and paid for the drink (with my app). Kenzie and Erica left a fantastic impression on me. I’ll definitely come back to this scooters!

messed up my 1 item food order, had to wait in a 16 min line before driving all the way home then drive all the way back and sit in another 15 min line to get the correct order. I asked if they would refund my card or at least give me some type of compensation for their error and was told to call corporate. I run a my own business and this is exactly how you lose a loyal customer.

i went around 4:30 on 8/25 and whoever working window was super grumpy and didn’t even smile at me (which after she was rude while I was ordering didn’t help) but i went back this morning, since my drinks tasted good, and there was a thick black hair on my sandwich. it was just gross

I use to regularly visit this location on my way to work. I've noticed over time the service has gotten worse, and you're lucky if the baristas are friendly. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this location. I stopped in on my way to work on 8/20 and ordered an iced oatmeal creme pie latte over ice. (I also get iced due to allergies and cross contamination, which corporate told me was safe.) The barista repeated it back as iced. When I got to the window, she said hot. I politely let her know it was to be iced. They handed me a plastic cup that was lukewarm, I believe they made it hot and poured it over ice. By the time I got to work, the ice was melted and the drink was still warm. I had to refrigerate it for a while before I could drink it. I noticed the milk was fluffy like steamed milk is. I ended up getting a stomach ache that lasted through the night. Overall, I'm sad this location has become one to avoid. Thankfully, there is a Starbucks near by where the drinks and service have been flawless.

We live close, so we stop by often. Whats going on with the ice machine?? This has been going on for weeks. We ordered two iced drinks yesterday and they only had enough ice to make one. So we only left with one drink. The Mega Saver is 50 ft away. Give the girls some petty cash so they can buy ice, if really necessary, and do their jobs.

Fellow barista here, I’m not normally one to comment on how drinks are made because I understand mistakes happen, but it does upset me today because I went to get my normal sugar free blended vanilla matcha and it appears not only my matcha but my boyfriends plain matcha was made with heavy base. I only know this because I get this and MAKE this everyday as my shift drink. This doesn’t seem like something to be upset about but when you’re like me who’s worked VERY HARD in a calorie deficit, it’s important that you use the correct recipe when trying to stay true to the nutrition menu and calorie count. Heavy base and low fat make a HUGE difference in taste, and calories.

I ordered my morning coffee, which had three extra shots of espresso... I asked them to add the third shot they did not. I got my coffee and it clearly doesn't have any espresso in it not sure why I paid $11

Ordered a large peach wave with light ice add cream and the drink was about 50% cream, when in the past at other locations it’s just a splash on top. Ordered a maple waffle sandwich and it was absolutely shredded, half the bread was missing, and the cheese was burnt to the side of the bag. Ordered a sausage burrito and it was icy in the middle. For the amount we’re paying, not worth it.

came on 5/13/25 and i had ordered through the mobile app around 9:40am and couldn’t get it until around 5pm.So i went and i ordered a smoothie at the ordering box and then i said i had a mobile order but for some odd reason it wasn’t showing. I was willing to just pay for both drinks it was no problem i work at a scooters so i understand completely. But they were so sweet and kind and just gave me both drinks for free it is so nice to know and see we still have amazing people out there with amazing customer service. Thank you guys you made a evening better.
