When we got to the scooters they took our order immediately but the line unfortunately took 15 minutes just to get through and when we finally got our drinks my peanut butter crunch blender was the consistency of water which is normally not two out of five stars. Do not recommend

I was offered an interview at this location for 7/29 and I am still transitioning to Omaha so I drove over an hour for this interview when I got there I was told the person supposed to be interviewing me went on leave and was told to text the manager to get the interview rescheduled then had to drive over an hour home. It has been over a week since I have texted the manager to reschedule the interview and have not got a response to getting it rescheduled or an apology for their mistake of not telling me it had to be rescheduled or a compensation for wasting more than 2 hours of gas. Very poor communication skills from management and very frustrating to get nothing back from wasting all that gas.

Why is it if I get the wrong coffee I have to go out of my way to get back to the right location who messed up my order. Let’s make it really inconvenient for the customer to get their order corrected rather than just offering a fix/credit.

They have a kids smoothieCouncil bluffs madison avenue will not give my grandson a strawberry banana with protien. So I have to buy larger and split it up. He is Autistic with texture aversion to food. This is one of the few thing he will eat.
