Please go back to a high quality coconut milk that isn't overly sweet and tastes like fake coconut candy. Real coconut milk doesn't taste like that.

I usually stop by when I work the morning shift for a quick coffee, this is usually between 6:45am- 6:50am. The past 3 times they’ve forgotten to give me whipped cream even though when ask me “did you still want the whip cream” I always say yes please but end up giving the order back bc they some how forget. Today they did not. The problem however is the cake bite I received and will not eat at this location again. When I went to take a bite it smelled earthy like dirt. When I took a bit I wanted to spit it out bc it tasted like tobacco at first taste. So I threw it away. Either they gave me one that fell on the floor OR they’re not storing them properly. Either way I do not trust the food here.

Disappointed that the last time I visited for a cold brew, it was basically watered down coffee (looked like iced tea) and realized after checking my bank account that they had added a tip for themselves. Won’t visit this location again.

By far the worst service I’ve had here in Omaha!!! I’m all the way from California and we walk in to order 2 drinks and the lady doesn’t even say hi but she tops it off with taking 3 different drive-thru orders and still doesn’t regard that she has customers that walked inside!!! Completely RUDE and doesn’t even deserve a 1 star!!!

hello Viewers,I am a big coffee drinkers and probably grab a starbucks every morning whenever I am on the biz trip. I never see a Scooter's coffee in San Francisco area, but I am attractive by the full red cup and a cute name when I visit Omaha.not sure if it's all the scooter's coffee will taste like 2 stars, but this is definitely one of the lowest ranked latte I had for a while. it taste like a water. besides, I notice scooter's coffee menu are more focus on the smoothie type? maybe a this is the store for the dessert type?anyways, I am not impressed with this scooter's coffee specifically. another nightmare is when I land to Omaha airport, and the only coffee shop available is another scooter's coffee.P.S - I guess I tried.Paul

Consistent waits now. Used to be a 2 maybe 3 minute wait with orders (ordering ahead/ordering in drive thru) now you're lucky to get out of there in 15mins and that's with you and maybe one other car. Two times now the girl says oh pull ahead we got you. Get up to the window and she has no idea of the order or can't find it. Place needs some organization, urgency, and consistency

Why does a place that sells coffee cups/tumblers/bottles not put coffee into said container? This location has put a blender drink into my Scooters branded tumbler in the past but they wouldn't yesterday. So I just drove down the street to another Scooters that would. Super frustrating.
Always good. Great service. Good location. Used drive thru, outside was very clean.

They have great coffe but the service was not very good. I had order a cookie and the punkin muffin they charged me for tge cookie then told me at the window that they where all out and same with the muffin.

My husband goes down there almost every day and gets me s pumpkin spice carmelicious blender. Yesterday and today have been quite the challenge. Yesterday they just put the white foam on top. Very nasty!!! Thank it s morning they tried to give him a coffee over ice with white foam and cinnamon on top. He called them on it that was not what he ordered. The person at the window told him he was going to have to pay extra for the product they used n that one. What!!!! Pay for their mistake. I don’t think so. He finally got his order but sbout came unglued. Pat Tapp

How to delicious pumpkin caramelicious latte and blueberry muffin. The young lady behind the counter was super helpful with my son helping him decide what to order in ensuring that his drink was at "kid temperature". She also told him that if he didn't like it to let her know and she would make him something else.
