Didn't get food. This was a drive thru so there was no atmosphere or parking to describe. What there was was great service and attention to detail. This was an awesome store to visit and all of our drinks were delicious and tasty. Recommend 11/10, will be back!

This location doesnāt clean their ovens. I opened my spicy sausage burrito (of which they gave me the wrong burrito, no hot sauce, and no napkins) and found big chunks of burnt food from previous food items stuck to my burrito. That was gross. The burrito was also half over cooked as the exterior on one side was incredibly crunchy and blackened and the other side was fine. I ended up picking all the gross stuff off. The blender they served was good, hence why I gave two stars instead of one. The staff seemed disorganized but they were nice.

got a strawberry smoothie it dnt taste like strawberry was Def 5 drinks and toss it waste time money never going back this location.ps. someone pays with gift card either tell them the amount left on card or give me receipt

I order the same thing every time I come to scooters. Which is a large strawberry acai with lemonade, light ice, and desert pear cold foam. I usually end up getting a medium size or heavy ice anyways, they never apply my military discount or the employee doesnāt know how to. Today I ordered 3 kid cups and my aƧaĆ and I was drinking my drink and noticed a piece of blue hair in my drink. Ugh thatās the worse. I had to have called them at least 10 times and it just kept ringing to the point where the line would go busy. Ima stick to Bellevue and papillons location. They are just a tad bit more professional.
