Use to be my favorite location until today ?. First they took my order and then told me to go to the back door by the trash can to get my order. First off that's disgusting ?. Then I order a blended carmelicious they brought me a watery one. It was not made correctly. I just throw it in the trash since it was already right there sadly. I just ended up going to Starbucks. Grant I lost money but my order was made correctly and I didn't have to go to their backdoor to get it. I do not recommend this location to anyone as long as they are messing up orders and having people go to the back door to recover order. Since the lady said they will be having people get orders from the back door from now on. Just craziness.

Poor drinks. The Caramelicious was watery, the Peanut Butter Power wasnt blended. Powdery and full of ice cubes. ? Poor structural design as the rain water runs off the awning and into your widow!

I usually stop here with my dad after his doctor appointments and often get the peach mango quencher. It's always subpar compared to other scooters locations. I'm not sure why, maybe the ratio of ingredients. I usually brush it off and drink it anyways but I went today again and we both got quenchers and they were nearly undrinkable. It tasted like they used coffee in the drinks instead of the green tea I always request. I'll unfortunately be avoiding this scooters from now on. I have not had any issues with any other locations and have always had wonderful staff interactions.
