So excited to use my free drink coupon that I’ve been working up to. I only ever order a large. They gave me a small 😞. I said I ordered a large and she said oh I’m sorry we rung it up as a small… I said it was my free drink and she told me to have a good day 😢😢. I’ve never seen her before. I know the other people who usually work would have made it right

Daniel is an amazing worker he is always very kind and pleasant to talk to in the mornings, I come here basically everyday before work and he knows my drink order down to a TEE! (Everyone is great here)I just had to come on here to say you would be disappointing your customers immensely if you ever let him go! He is great please don't short yourself a great employee!

Unfortunately over the last few months service and quality of drinks has gone down hill. I got a smoothie and it was all chunky. I went right back and asked them if they could make me a new one since I was not able to drink it. The new one they made me was slightly better. I thought maybe their blender was not working correctly. So I go back a week later and same thing happened. I am not sure why they would serve a drink with so much ice chunks in it. I know you can see it when you pour the smoothie. I used to work at a scooters in high school. The consistency here is poor and I haven't been back.

The girl at the speaker had an attitude so I had to drive away without completing my order. Why work there if you're so unhappy with your job?
Did not get what I wanted and took time to wait out what I thought they were fixing my order after handling trash. So my blender, which was supposed to be a smooth. Came out like soup. It was supposed to be a peanut butter power, not crunch. They also act like they can't hear you. On 5/27/24

I go to Scooters often but this location did not make me happy today unfortunately. The guy taking orders was rushing my order. At the end I asked for no whip on my blender with low fat base, & he quickly said ok. I received my drink with whip on it but didn't even bother to say anything. & unsure what the did to the cinnamon roll. The young man that handed me my order was friendly. Not the guy taking orders however.

I was a wondering why my cold brew tastes like water but then I looked down and there is a bug in my coffee. The lady in the drive through was nice though.

I thought that the issue I had with the taste of scooters unsweetened tea was just a one location thing, but I think it might be chain wide. I'm not sure if it's the brand or they way that they're taught to brew it, but it tastes really bad. There's like an aftertaste that tastes like peas (the vegetable ) and a bit burnt. Likely over steeping didn't help but I really don't feel like I can trust the iced tea at any scooters.Also, minor issue, but I think the breakfast sandwiches could stand to be heated longer. The last three I've gotten were cold in the middle.
