I went there a couple nights ago to use their bathroom. Had to make a purchase to get the key which is understandable. The two young ladies working did not greet us at all. They seemed more engulfed in their own conversation and I had to wait until one got to a stopping point to place in my order. When I finally was able to place in my order and receive the bathroom key wow. I wish I hadn’t just had surgery so I could’ve waited. Their bathroom was one of the nastiest bathrooms I have ever been. I’ve seen gas station bathrooms in the middle of nowhere that were nowhere as filthy. The smell was horrid. There was fecal matter all around the bowl inside and out. The floor was dirty, wet and sticky and the sink was dirty. Absolutely disgusting. I tried to get one of the young lady’s attention to let her know but they were again very invested in whatever topic they were discussing. Poor customer service and terrible bathroom environment.

Scooters has become my go to. My wife says I pay their rent. With that being said, I’ve always received fast, friendly service, every time I go to Scooters. That has been the case with different locations, in different states. Oreo blender with oat milk, 2 shots of espresso, and no cool whip, every time.

I tried this location multiple times and I haven’t been disappointed. Service was good. Taste was good. I usually get caramel latte, it’s a bit too sweet but perfectly made. I tried their matcha for the first time and it was watery and runny. I expected it to be a little more thick. I wouldn’t recommend the matcha.

Ordered a blended decaf oat milk carmelicious with whipped cream and drizzle and the order was absolutely messed up. We came in the late afternoon on a weekday, there wasn’t many people, the girl who took our order was very friendly but the girl with the glasses and bangs in the back was extremely dismissive telling us yes when we asked to confirm if our order was decaf oat milk. It in fact was not. The drink was also very poorly made, there was a chunk of blended ice in the center with coffee poured around it and missing sugar/sweetener and the milk gave us diarrhea. I feel bad for the other girl who was very sweet to be included in this poor review as she was not the problem but I do not recommend coming to this location for the lack of precautions made to customers orders.

I walked in and the young woman working behind the counter was coughing. She didn't even cover it which is outright disgusting. I asked her if she was sick and she replied, "I don't know. Anyone can be sick. I could be sick and not know for weeks."
The two employees looked at me like I was crazy for asking if she was sick.
Message to the manager: if your people are sick don't have them work. I won't be visiting this location again.

The staff here is kind and SO helpful! I needed coffee filters for a different coffeeshop and they graciously let me have a few to get me through before my shipment arrives. Lovely people and good drink recommendations!
