Edit: Stopped by this morning and felt like I was at a whole new store. Everyone was cheerful and the cold brew was darker with richer coffee flavor like you would expect coffee to be. Big improvement!

This company deserves no business from the public. They literally torture their drive through employees because they aren't allowed to wear jackets when it's cold. Scooters is more worried about imprinting that logo into your head. They don't care about employees and treat them like wild animals.

Call before you go if it's early. I have went multiple times after 6 am and they still aren't open even though their door says they open at 530 am. Don't waste your time. Either go some place else or call first. Take it from me!
