this super nice worker was taking my order as i was about to order a cake bite around 7:20 and her coworker started screaming at her saying she wasn't allowed to sell food past 7:20, the mall doesn't close until 8:00. Not very professional to have that attitude at work, felt bad for her and was not satisfied with that other coworkers response and attitude.

This location is horrible to there employees. Hardly give hours to employees and expect the employees to know the drinks and etc by heart. .. an employee can't learn the job or how to make drinks if they are hardly given hours. Absolutely wrong to treat employees like this.

I went there today around 5pm. I was at the upstairs location because the one downstairs had no one there. I waited in line for several minutes behind two other people. The person in front of me walked up to order and as soon as the lady at the register took the order another girl called out that theirs was the last order. This is ridiculous considering I was waiting patiently in line for my turn only to he told they couldn’t take my order. The mall doesn’t close until 8. There is no reason they needed to close at 5 on a busy Saturday in the mall. So disappointing.

Was told since they were short staffed will be taking a 20-30 min break while ...left, did some shopping came back and no one was there still after being gone for 40 mins. There were 5 young ladies there when they decided to take a break. Waited 10 more mins, For a young lady to say they are still on break for another 15 mins.
