Placed an order and a few moments later they apologized and said their headset wasn’t working and then asked if my drink is all I wanted. I then ordered a sandwich as well. I waited 15 minutes to get to the window which is an extremely long time in my opinion since there were only two cars ahead of me and both only got one drink. When I got to the window she tried to hand me a hot drink. I ordered a blended peanut butter carmelious… that doesn’t even come in a hot drink. If the headset wasn’t working, why wouldn’t you have repeated my order to me to make sure it was correct? Did you just guess what I ordered? I didn’t have time to have them restart my order because I had already been waiting so long. I have never waited that long in any other scooters I’ve been to. I’ve been to this locations twice. Both times were extremely slow. If you want to make it, you truly need to train your staff better. Quickness and Efficiency is important when you’re in such a competitive market.

I'm not really a coffee person but this morning I came to this location and ordered an everything bagel and a small vanilla cappuccino with one shot of espresso. The bagel was superb as usual but omg that cappuccino was soo good!!! The coffee taste was not overpowering. I drank the whole thing within minutes. I think I found my coffee drink. I also want to point out that the staff at this losction are very friendly, personable, and have the line moving in a timely manner. This is by far my favorite location. Thank You Scooters for making me branch out lol ❤️

The people are nice, and I suppose the atmosphere is probably okay for a coffee place.
I've literally never had a decent cup of coffee here. Now I just like regular coffee (maybe some cream and sugar), but the stuff they hand you is just thin and tasteless. Couple that with the notion that they don't stir the add-ins (ever), and you don't get a spoon or anything in the drive thru to do it yourself, and you'd be way further ahead stopping by the QuickTrip or something.
Omaha needs something like a Tim Hortons for people that like a coffee that doesn't rival the caloric intake and flavor of a milkshake.

Hopefully you don't have any issues with being given the wrong drink and no time to go back because the franchise owner will claim that she's going to send a card for a refund, never send it then never return your call again. The blended drink didn't have much ice in it, runny. The franchise owner of this location does not care about their customers.

You literally have to be in a car to get a cup of coffee or wait in line with cars who absolutely aren't paying attention to anyone walking. I'm at the golf spot which shares a parking lot. I have to get in my car and drive it 10 feet for coffee? This is really lame.

Be very careful going here, the cashier kept my debit card. She made a purchase on Amazon for almost $150. She was pretty sneaky. Make sure you get your card back and don’t let her distract you!!!!
