I just went through and got 2 medium blenders today for Mother's Day with the promotion being buy one, get one free and was charged $13.36! I tried to call to talk to someone about it after I got home and noticed the charge but the phone number is out of service...

I was over charged for my drink $8.49 for a medium coffee!! It’s not right that you change your prices or just pick what it is going to cost. Why isn’t my drink the same price every time I go? Do your employees not know how to ring orders correctly? Are you charging $3 for extra shots now? It seems like you take advantage of people who use the scan (scam) and pay option on the app and you hope customers won’t notice they’re being charged almost bc $9 for a medium coffee. Your menu shows my drink at $5.75 and an extra shot is $1 according to your menu. I PAID $8.49!!!! Watch scooters because they rip people off and pick what they charge when they feel like it

Not what I used to be or use be five stars. But this last time I got a nasty brew coffee and a nasty water that I had to pay for out of a fountain water cuz they ran out of bottle of water and I said wow I shouldn't have to pay for that. The young lady agreed with me but still charged me. I used to get coffee from this location every morning but I stopped because the last two times wasn't that great. Coffee is nasty so I went on to Starbucks. I love their caramel brulee.The only thing y'all got going is the courage cookies. I still like the sweets but sometime the breakfast sandwiches be sloppy and that's why I stopped getting them. Sloppy sloppy sloppy like nobody cared, the cheese be burnt and some of the bread be burnt.I'm a coffee fanatic and I say I probably spend over $100 a week at these coffee shops but I'm done. I will start making my own coffee from home.
