This scooters used to be 5 stars not lately. Today i ordered a small SUGAR FREE carmelicious with bo whip cream. When I got to the window she you got a large blended carmelicious we said no a small sugar free one and i saw the lady just dumped what she made into a small cup. Iy wasnt sugar free and i CANT have sugar. My stomach has been upset all day. I go to this scooters every single morning because it is by work but I wont be back. She just handed it to me without saying anything.

I used to come here daily and always ordered a medium coffee with extra cream. The staff is generally friendly and the service was consistently good. However, I was recently put off when they started charging $1 for a bit of extra cream in a $2 coffee. It feels unreasonable to pay half the price of the coffee itself for an additional splash of half and half.

Service was good, but the dine in area is quite outdated and only one outlet that I seen for devices. Only one trashcan I could find and the bathrooms are old and filthy.

This place was nowhere to be found in the scooters app. It took me to 120th & Pacific St. Dead center of the street. I couldn't see scooters for the life of me! I had placed an order online and used the navigation inside the app. I parked at a gas station and tried to call the store from Google maps location but the number went straight to Verizon wireless messages not in service or some dumb thing like that. I had no exact address from within the website and no time to play games. I was pissed off! I left and found a 2nd location near Center St & 131 St. Pulled up to place my order. No greeting just someone saying if you are placing a cold drink, We're out of ice. WHAT! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! Worst experience of all time of all places I've been. Not just one place but 2 places & a worthless app that gives a location but no actual address and Google giving a number that Scooters isn't using or has it wrong. Someone has it wrong anyway. I got a generic email from a scooters but I tried to have them identify the location and they didn't read it because they sent me a response to my response and it was the same generic scooters email response. I wanted to make sure I had the correct one so I could explain the situation. But I needed to confirm the location and they stopped emailing me. Just messy. All around. From the app giving inaccurate location and no actual address to refer to. Google having the wrong number. To the 2nd location only having hot drinks. I hope other people aren't having the same issue I had. Scooters needs to update their app and have an actual address for each location so Google maps can get a person there when the app fails to do so.

Love this place, just because this is the rare breed, at least in Omaha. Because I don't know much places left where you can actually seat in a comfortable soft armchair with a cup of nice coffee and just enjoy. Or to meet someone in a cozy environment to discuss things.
