Baristas are always friendly. It's the only location open 24 hours. The drive thru line isn't usually bad at all. When there is a big line, it goes pretty fast. If my drink came out extra thick every time I request rather than just some of the time, then I'll change it from 4 to 5. Even when there is an issue with the drink, they are very prompt and helpful to correct or resolve it.

The new nutter butter blender is absolutely amazing. We also got the chips ahoy blender and both were the perfect amount of flavoring for being caffeine free.

Scooter’s Coffee never disappoints! The Peach Lemonade is to die for..so refreshing and the perfect balance of sweet and tart. I’m also obsessed with the Carmelicious Blender, it’s full of flavor unlike Starbucks Carmel frappe. And don’t sleep on the Tomato Spinach Bites… seriously amazing, especially when you want a quick snack. The staff is always friendly, upbeat, and quick with your order. Sign up for the scooters rewards program, it’s so worth it!! This place has become a regular stop for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Came for a craving of a shake at night with no expresso ended up getting a shake that I’ve never tried and honestly enjoyed it and the chat I had with Jessica hopefully they give her a raise!!:)

Update: I originally came through and gave a very poor review. However, communication with Scooter's staff was excellent. They replied to my concerns including training staff regarding the warmer trays. This excellent communication gave me reason to return to their establishment. On our return, Stephanie was very, very courteous and apologetic. This time my wife and I enjoyed our drinks. Thus, I am revising my review from a 1-star to a 5-star. I appreciate the communication and the feedback.
Original review: Ordered a large latte and large breve today then hopped back on I80. I was given a large coffee that was very bitter and my wife basically had a coffee and cream. Not to mention we observed the staff putting sandwiches in the warmer on trays that were very dirty with baked cheese, etc. Super glad I didn’t order anything to eat.
