Baristas are always friendly. It's the only location open 24 hours. The drive thru line isn't usually bad at all. When there is a big line, it goes pretty fast. If my drink came out extra thick every time I request rather than just some of the time, then I'll change it from 4 to 5. Even when there is an issue with the drink, they are very prompt and helpful to correct or resolve it.

Scooter’s Coffee never disappoints! The Peach Lemonade is to die for..so refreshing and the perfect balance of sweet and tart. I’m also obsessed with the Carmelicious Blender, it’s full of flavor unlike Starbucks Carmel frappe. And don’t sleep on the Tomato Spinach Bites… seriously amazing, especially when you want a quick snack. The staff is always friendly, upbeat, and quick with your order. Sign up for the scooters rewards program, it’s so worth it!! This place has become a regular stop for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone!

Update: I originally came through and gave a very poor review. However, communication with Scooter's staff was excellent. They replied to my concerns including training staff regarding the warmer trays. This excellent communication gave me reason to return to their establishment. On our return, Stephanie was very, very courteous and apologetic. This time my wife and I enjoyed our drinks. Thus, I am revising my review from a 1-star to a 5-star. I appreciate the communication and the feedback.
Original review: Ordered a large latte and large breve today then hopped back on I80. I was given a large coffee that was very bitter and my wife basically had a coffee and cream. Not to mention we observed the staff putting sandwiches in the warmer on trays that were very dirty with baked cheese, etc. Super glad I didn’t order anything to eat.

To tell you what I've experienced from this store. I've watched those who work their get yelled at in vary degrading, obscene comment and jestures. Also have seen them have stuff thrown at them and made mess on ground. If you can't get your point across with the mannerisms of a respectful human being, dont open your mouth, you are getting what you deserve. Just maybe because I've shown them respect and kindness, I find this to be the best Scooters in town. They always greet us with a smile, some of then just see us pull up and they know my order. You get what you give in this world. There's always that time things didn't go well, it's no reason to take a tone with someone. FOR THOSE THAT WORK THERE ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ That is what you deserve. Your bright smiles, attention to details, out great conversations, and politeness go far beyound our expectations of a wonderful crew. Thank you so much for the last yrs I've been at attendance to your store. Please support this Scooters and know they are the best and have been mistreated by others. Love you guys. me and my mother have had a crazy day! and these ladies, i wish we caught their names, not even 2 minutes before closing, they still serviced us and went above and beyond, being so nice, even tho they didnt have to. Thanks yal for making our nights a lot better.
