Riley, the young woman who is the team lead on Wednesday morning is rude to the point of meanness. I would never let my son or daughter work for someone who is teaching them to be low level. She is consistent over weeks in her behavior and this is to a customer! But the younger ones follow her lead. Hideous customer service.

me and my mother have had a crazy day! and these ladies, i wish we caught their names, not even 2 minutes before closing, they still serviced us and went above and beyond, being so nice, even tho they didnt have to. Thanks yal for making our nights a lot better.

I used to love scooters, great food, wonderful service and my favorite drink was the carmelicous. However lately their service has been simply sub par. In every aspect of the store I feel as though the customers are treated as an afterthought, where money and income has become their primary goal over service and friendliness. Whilst I understand that a business must have focus on income, there should also be a personal touch which is simply nonexistent. Scooters has also seemed to have stolen the name of my favorite drink as well as what seems to be the flavor, claiming originality when in truth it's been stolen from the west coast. | 10/10 would not recommend. A store that used to be at the top is now on ground floor with Mcdonald's.

I think this location is pretty decent. It’s not the worst but not the best either. It’s improved from when I last was here. I’m a former employee. I like to start with the positives tho: They are pretty quick and haven’t had anyone treat me with attitude. They are very friendly. I don’t remember if my old boss is still running the store but if she is she has definitely improved a-lot, the environment is more positive and much more work friendly than in the past. Now the bad: Sometimes my drink pricing is inconsistent idk if it’s like deals that I just don’t know of or anything like that but it’s pretty odd when my large drink one day is $3.17 and then next time it’s like $6.48. But this place deserves a lot of credit for a scooters and despite the past bad reviews I’ve read they’ve definitely changed a ton.

I brought my personal cup to be eco conscious and they won’t use it. Wasteful and environmentally tone deaf. Nothing but sugar and carbs in the case. Disappointing classic Midwest experience.

This location is never open on Saturday at 5m anymore. The past 3 weekends though today at 520 there are 2 cars outside and I saw someone inside. If the hours were changed update rhe website. Plus they always mess up your drinks. I told the manager this and she offered to give me a gift card but I told her no it's ok. I just wanted them to start making them as advertised. Went again to get coffee and they messed up so I let her know amd she never returned my email.

One of the few Scooters, located in an area near the 80 freeway and 144th , is never crowded. Service was pretty quick and efficient. It is a bit tricky to maneuver into the driveway from 144th if you are unfamiliar with the roads.

What's the point of ordering ahead on the app if they don't start your order until you get there and then take 10 minutes to make 3 drinks while the place is empty. Terrible service.

This location is close to my office and conveniently right off the interstate on Hwy 50. Employees are always friendly and efficient. The line might look long but they move you through fast! If you decide to enjoy your coffee inside, there are lots of comfy places to sit inside. Be sure to download the app for an even faster payment option and to earn smiles and rewards!
