Were given cups for complimentary coffee while our 6 year old is here for chemo. Provided by an Organization, "Caleb's Cups" I believe. Usually, excellent service and always great smoothie (not a coffee drinker) but one employee was just rude. Falsely claiming there's a one cup a day limit - we checked with the Hospital Social Worker - and only filing the Medium sized cup half way, basically a small ?. Satisfied on multiple visits before and after, just that...

Not sure why it has a bad rep. Been here a couple times while at the hospital. Super friendly baristas, & they got my orders right. Honestly, it’s a godsend having someplace like this for a parent with their kid in the hospital.

After a long morning the baristas gave me a few tips to make travel around the hospital easier and we’re bright and fun individuals. I asked for sanity as a joke and the one who cashed me out made a show if telling me how to use the fresh cup of sanity she got for me. Will be visiting every Time I come through for this stellar service
