I have used this Scooters location 2 times a couple years back. I have always gotten a carmelicious blender but today I got a large strawberry horizon blended red bull infusion. It was nothing but big chunks of ice and had no flavor. It was completely watered down. I was sad. I really love scooters strawberry blended horizon drinks but this one was no good. What a waste of $8 😔 hopefully next time they're better.

This is my go to coffee shop on my way to work. But lately the cold brew with cold foam, for the third time now has looked like this when handed to me and tastes like watered down milk. No coffee taste at all and doesn’t look how it should. The last time I asked for a different drink and they apologized saying the cold brew wasn’t made correctly… in which case it should have not been given to the customer. I was in a rush this morning so kept my drink but used 350 of my rewards points for it and am disappointed. Other than this complaint, I do love the people and this location.

What's not to love!? They almost always nail it! Every now n again, my favorite drink tastes a tad off, but nothing I won't still drink without complaining, so it's no biggie!! I'm a lifer here. There's no question about it. Personally, I'm a Scooters fan over Starbucks any day, plus the price point is better, and they have an app where u can easily acquire points which can be used towards your next purchase!
I love this scooters to death. I go here OFTEN, but they never EVER EVER remember when I ask for whipped cream on my drinks. Then I am left in a weird situation where they just hand me a drink without whipped cream and I have to take it. This is the only thing they need to improve on. Otherwise it is a perfect little coffee shop 💗

The new management has turned this location into possibly one of the worst ones in omaha. I used to go out of my way to come here but ever since they got a new manager it’s been horrible, they replaced all the employees I grew to love with new people that could very obviously care less about you or the job. Every time I leave im left feeling like I did something wrong by giving them my business, im left feeling like a nuisance that disrupted their busy day of standing around. Not to mention they were the only location that didn’t try to shove products down your throat, you can tell them five times that you don’t want anything else and they will still try to up sell you on something else. The only way to get past this is to just ignore them and drive up to the window which I hate to do as im a very polite person. It’s really unfortunate I used to love this location and now I have to drive miles out of my way to another one just to avoid the train wreck that this one has become. P.S. before the owner leaves a comment telling me to fill out a form to contact management save yourself some time and skip that part for me, I already tried to talk to the manager in person and as soon as I very politely told her my concerns she immediately started to ignore me and basically threw my order at me. Very disappointing…

Hands down THE WORST SCOOTER’s EVER! Got a cold brew the other day, looked watered down. Asked for them to remake it, looked the exact same. A couple months ago I got a medium peach vertigo. Those DO NOT come with any base whatsoever. It’s literally ice, SCOOT and a smoothie flavor. They put an ice cream base in it. One time got an everything bagel sandwich only for it to be rock solid. Worst service ever and these baristas do not know what they are doing.

I love scooters but this location is hands down the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. I ordered an iced coffee, with oat milk and two pumps almond syrup. They handed me a plain iced coffee. I asked them to fix it and they gave me luke-warm coffee with no ice. A third time through, it was just disgusting with no syrup, no ice and a splash of the wrong milk (I watched them put in whole milk). I just gave up. What a waste of time and money.

If I’m being honest I’m writing this on my fiancé’s account but I just went through the drive through, and as someone who manages a fast food restaurant, that’s how you do it right there! Great drinks and they just did an amazing job. Friendly service just like a scooters should be! I wish I would’ve had a like 20 bucks for a tip, but I offered an edible instead and got looked at abit weird. Definitely says the person at the window cares and loves their job! Will definitely be coming back for darn sure!
