This was by far the SLOWEST service I’ve ever received at a Scooters. There was absolutely NO enthusiasm about doing her job. It took 15 minutes to get 2 drinks that I had preordered on the app at 3 pm on a Saturday afternoon. VERY disappointed for a lack luster experience today. :(

I have gone to this scooters for maybe a month or two. It was great until, recently a new girl has joined. The other day I heard her curse at a costumer, she will talk badly at the window about you. It’s really a shame I would never let my employee do that.

This is easily my favorite location in Omaha!!! All of the girls here are so sweet. Always so friendly & so sweet. I usually have semi-large orders and their attitudes never change! Can't say enough good things about this location. Service is always super fast & the drinks are great too.

Scooter's has the best coffee. I love the flavor of the day: Vanilla, Carmelicious. So smooth. The latte's and blended drinks are great too. You can really tell the difference with them being made with real espresso, instead of coffee syrup.
I love this location at 168th and Dodge. Janice and Murphy are so sweet and my order is always perfect. I enjoy spending the extra minute or two catching up with them, as long as there is no one waiting behind me of course :)

Came to this one for the first time and ordered a red bull infusion with no ice. Only to get it half full. If they were going to give me my drink like that they should have told me, at least the ice would have made it look full and worth the price. Definitely not coming to this one again.
