Updating my review after a bad situation was made better and I’ve continued to have better experiences since. One little request please make sure all the burnt pieces in your toaster stay in the toaster and not the sandwich.
And bring back the strawberry blossom syrup 🥲

ordered an XL strawberry Banana wild berry smoothie and it took forever for them to get me my drink and when i received my drink it was NOT smoothie consistency at all it was very very watery like it had sat in the sun and melted my smoothie the taste was completely off didnt seem like anything was mixed together for the flavors wise i had no whip on it either which i requested it was very off-putting looking the drink did not look appetizing i dont know if they were all new staff but they did NOT know how to follow directions

04/11/25 NEW CHAIRS! great place to go after dumping the kids off at school in the morning. Good music, seems like there are always at least 6 people working. Very chill atmosphere. Note to the owners - install more wall outlets or add some usb hubs for mobile devices. They’ll always get used.

I always order the flavor of the day at any Scooters. This particular location has the worst drip coffee in the Omaha Metro. I swear they just take the regular roast coffee and add a pump of syrup to the flavored coffee. I don’t know what they’re doing with their flavors of the day, but they only always have an hour when I go “vanilla”.

Just moved here, went on a Saturday morning and apparently it was a Huskers game day. The barista at the window was talking to me about how the Huskers stood a chance (I think they lost) but she was so friendly! Told her I just to moved to Omaha and she gave me a bunch of recommendations of restaurants to try and local shops! Didn’t catch her name, but she was so sweet!

The franchise owner of this location does not care about their customers. She will offer something as a refund for the wrong drink then never send it as well as ignore any attempted contact for resolution after that.

I was a former employee there and worked for a week before they let me go due to “red flags”. They would not even give me a legit reason. I understand at will employment, but when I tried to talk to the owner about why I was let go so I can not make the same mistake in the future, she did not even respond to me relating to the topic. They preached at my interview how they are a healthy work place, but this just showed me how immature this company is. DO NOT WORK THERE.

This Scooters location has friendly staff and a nice roomy lobby. Great place to sit with friends for the morning and enjoy a coffee or beverage. Their coffee offerings are a bit sweet for my tastes but I really enjoy this location overall.
