we pulled up at 8:54 and they said they were closed, but they are open until 9 with the open sign still on. smh

I really want to like this location, but the consistency just isn’t there. The Peanut Butter Power is supposed to be a smoothie, yet almost every time I order it here it comes out thin and watery—more like cold milk than a smoothie. What makes it worse is that it’s not cheap, so it’s frustrating to pay that much for something that isn’t made right. Other locations seem to get it perfect every time, so it’s clearly possible to do it correctly. I hope this store can match the quality and consistency of the others, because when made right, it’s a great drink.

Might be the slowest scooters in Omaha. 20+ minute wait for maybe 7 cars in front of me. Never again, too many other coffee shops in Omaha

I happened to be in the area twice this week so I stopped here for drinks instead of my usual place. Bad decision. The first time I sat at the ordering menu for 10 minutes before giving up and driving up to the window since I had ordered on the app. I was given my drink but had to ask for my food. The employees were not friendly at all. The second time, the employees were so rude. I was handed my food without so much as a smile. No hello, no thank you, nothing. And giving people a couple of napkins when the order food should be a given.

I bought 2 drinks and it took almost 30 mins. I would have left but I paid already on the app. Do not go here. 2 drinks and it took 30 mins. That’s crazy and then we got one of the drinks for my 12 year old. We got no espresso in the drink for him and I took a drink and there was espresso in there. I turned around and went back and told her there was espresso in the drink and she sat there and argued with me. I told her I would give her the original drink back if she made a new one with no espresso. She refused and continued to be rude and hostile. We left with the drink we can’t drink and wasted our money. Don’t go here. There were 2 cars that left behind us cuz they didn’t want to wait anymore. Horrible employee and business practice.

Was given legit ice cold muffins, couldn't even tear a piece off. When asked if the could warm them up, was given bad attitudes. They took the muffins back, and returned them with the outsides chilled-middle still frozen.

Ordered matcha latte. Clearly there was no effort to make matcha correctly and whisk it together, as you can see in the photo all the matcha powder was at the bottom of the cup. I was essentially given a cup full of milk. Terrible.

Multiple times this location doesn't get the order correct, or the drinks are 1/2-3/4 full. If I'm paying $7-$9 for a coffee, I would hope it would be a full cup. The breakfast sandwiches often come out still cold in the middle. I would suggest making the drive to the 108th & Q location for much better service.

The 2 who were working were awesome! So sorry that they had to interact with the white car in front of me, that lady was just rude. Even after going through that stressful interaction, the gal at the window was very kind and my drink came out perfect!

Ordered 2 coffees. First told out of regular coffee… what?? Then given hot coffee without cream and sugar as ordered. Then given coffee without 1/2 and 1/2 as ordered. Then given an iced coffee without not ONE ice cube. Are you kidding me? I will never go to this location again.
Unfriendly staff. Will never return. Messed up my order & they made me feel terrible for bringing it back. Awful customer service. A whole gang of mean girls. Literally . I never leave bad reviews - I ordered a large Mango smoothie $8.45 . Not a hard order at all. I tipped a $1.00. Drove off realized it was wrong. Came back and got basically shamed for their mistake. To top it off they replaced it with a small and slammed the window on me while rolling their eyes. Tried calling and they said no manager worked there and they hung up on me. So beyond incomprehensible.

It’s my first Mother’s Day, my husband and I ordered drinks and a sandwich and a cinnamon roll for me. They said they were out of cinnamon rolls so I ordered egg bites. Got to the window and they gave us two drinks and my husbands sandwich and have a nice day. My husband asked about my egg bites and the kid working said oh we don’t have any. Want a bagel instead? I am upset and decline but ask for a receipt so I can make sure we weren’t charged and was told we can’t do that.. I asked if we were charged and he said I don’t think so.. are you sure you don’t want a bagel. We are not going back to this scooters.
