I treat myself to coffee about twice a month. I will not return to the 96th and Q location. All new staff that is horrible! Used to have the nicest baristas around. The last 2 times I have gone I have ordered my usual, large blended autumn Carmel swirl with extra shot, both times the try handing me a medium. The first time I told them she said she had to make sure they charged me for a large which they did and remade the drink correctly. No complaints, things happen. Today same thing but the Barista wanted to argue with me that is was a large and I know it wasnt before she handed it to me. The other worker then grabbed an empty large cup and held it to the drink for comparison and said I was correct it was a medium. The gal then took the drink, knocked off the whipped cream added it to the blender with more base and ice to remake it. The drink was horrible! No flavor at all. Drink looked white like it had no coffee in it when I had ordered it with an extra shot. It tasted like watered down blended milk. Caritas obviously need more training if they can tell the difference between medium and large.
Staff was very accommodating when there system was down.

This location has sadly gone downhill very quickly. Most of the amazing staff has left in the last month. New ownership hasn’t cared for employee feedback and has made longtime standing employees feeling very unappreciated. Very poor communication and organization within the Freedom Franchise. Along with poor upper management not doing their due diligence and their jobs! As well as not prioritizing staffing and hiring leading to unhappy long time regular customers. Customers AND baristas should be at the top of the list for making happy but it doesn’t seem like either of those are important to this company. This morning I swung by this location to see nobody working at 10am is actually insane! Please get it together or the customers will disappear just like the staff did when they realized what this company is all about! Take your business to another location!
I’m a regular customer. I went there this morning at 9 AM. Several cars there. No one working. Very disappointed. All the employees there are so nice and know me by name and I’ve always gotten good service. But now all those good employees have left. What’s going on. New manager. Not happy.
(Zach) I hope I’m spelling it right, is absolutely a dream barista (the other barista are amazing too) but he has definitely taken the time to remember me and my order, 9/10 times it is ready by the time I get to the window!

If I could put a -0 I would, I lived near this location for a year, came every single day multiple times a day never really had many issues, over the hundreds of times that I've come to this location I've called a handful of times about my drink being inaccurate, I came to this location yesterday and I watched my drink be made incorrectly, as I ordered one drink and she made enough in the blender for 3, flavor was weird and absolutely no coffee flavor, I brought the drink right back and asked for them to take it and remake it, they refused saying they're manager said not too, they took my info, I came through this morning to talk with the manager and explain the situation, her name is Allison, she refused to fix this problem and said me calling a handful of times over a year+ of ordering hundreds of drinks was to much and that her employees never mess anything up and always do their jobs right and that I need to go to a different location, I also have known employees to work at this location show me that they store they're products like cups and syrups in the bathroom next to the toilet, and all over the bathroom, talk about a health hazard, disrespect manager, disgusting store, very unprofessional and will never return.
I moved to a new place about 2 years ago and had to find a new coffee place to go to. This scooters was the closest to me so I started going there. I met the nicest employees and have been going here, even if it's out of my way I'll still take the time to get coffee from them. There are three specific employees that have been goin above and beyond; Zach, Alison, and Laney. At this point, they've memorized my order and most of the time they'll see me or my wife pulling up and will have our coffee ready when we pull up. This store has always been amazing and the staff is so good and make it worth it!
(The parking lot is a lot bumpy but that has nothing to do with scooters just a warning)

I don't visit too often, but it isn't far from work so occasionally I'll head to this location. Friendly baristas, no issues.
The morning people are the best! They always have my order going before I even reach the window! Now if corporate could fix the time on the mobile app. It doesn't ket me place the order until 7am and that isn't very convenient.
