Holy cow. They have a big banner in front of the restaurant with a smoothie that's on special on it. It wasn't on their menu so I didn't know what it was. I asked the girl at the drive up window. What? That drink was on the big banner out front. She doesn't know because there's a lot of signs. I'm like the big banner out front. She's like. I don't know what you are talking about. I'm like you are literally staring at the banner from your window. She goes. I think it's a smoothie. That was really helpful. I gave up and left.

We stopped here while traveling. I ordered an Americano, and it tasted very weak ... actually, like a weak drip. Not impressed.
The staff was friendly, though.

I am a Scooter's fan thru, and thru don't get me wrong! However, the one minor complaint I have is the drink I get, which never changes day to day, doesn't always taste the same. And I'm not talking a slight difference in taste here, I'm talking an entirely different drink altogether! Thankfully the ones who do make it correct, or the way I prefer I guess, are typically working when I go thru every day, so rarely am I taking the risk of not getting what I want. But when I go to a different location, I never get consistency. And that's sometimes a bummer. May seem silly I know but at $8 a coffee, I want it perfect! Regardless, I'm a keep coming back!

I wish scooters had a better way to differentiate between a carmel latte and a carmelicious. I always order a carmel latte and many times I get a carmelicious, it's good but I don't want the extra sugar.

As others have said, getting your receipt is like pulling teeth -- not just with this location, but all Scooters locations. If Scooters wants to be the big dog in town and put their huts on every corner, they need to be willing to OFFER (not just supply when begged) a receipt, napkins and any necessary utensils/condiments with EVERY order.Also where is the trash can at this location? You should have more than a dumpster given there's an outdoor table at which to eat. P.P.S. why is this location not on the Scooters app?

Went to this place August 27th to get two coffees first they overcharged us then made the coffees wrong and almost dropped them out the windows. This lady who worked this morning should be fired

Waited longer for the receipt than the three drinks since the shift lead running the shop was ignoring me because I questioned the price of my drinks :/ over 4 cars piled up behind me while I was patiently waiting for what I thought they knew I needed (the receipt), I had to wave down the other poor girl working who was clearly uncomfortable. Maybe if it weren’t for the interrupting and the window shutting on us, she could’ve heard us ask the first time.

Mackenzie will give you attitude, was supposed to have 50% off and she told us the computer wasn’t working properly, I asked her if she could do it manually and even told her how to do it under management because with how she was talking to me it felt like she didn’t know what she was doing or just lying to me. I use to be a manager at a scooters so I know you can manually do it, She was talking over me while I was asking for my receipt and kept saying how she couldn’t (I assume she wasn’t listening to me because she thought I was clueless or something? Highschool mean girl vibe) she closed the window and I thought she heard me but 10 minutes later and nobody came to give me my receipt, we got someone’s attention inside and was told she’s telling a different story. Not sure what she thought I would do? I was sitting at the window with a line piling up behind me, I felt like she was going to ignore me until I left but I didn’t plan on it. I would appreciate if someone could reach out to me for a refund, I was expecting to spend $10 instead I spent $20, and felt disrespected by Mackenzie. Thankfully her coworker seemed sorry and I could tell she was embarrassed by her actions, she immediately got our receipt and apologized. I will not be returning to this location or any boundless locations, seems like the highschool mean girls got in charge and decided it’s okay to be rude towards costumers.

I asked for a receipt then was denied one by a shift lead, as a paying customer when you spend 20$ & request a receipt you should be given one not blatantly ignored. 6/28 2:55
