I love coming to this Scooter's Coffee location on Maple. The staff here are consistently friendly and cheerful, it makes starting my day so much better!
​No matter how busy they are, they always manage to get my order right and serve it up fast.

I’ve been to this location a handful of times each time being a quite interesting experience My last experience I had at this location I was simply asking to change a syrup flavor on a infusion on a mobile order that they have not made at all yet Which is not that big of a deal at all and makes no difference at the end of the day But they tried to argue with me so I left a review within the app and got a phone call probably 10 minutes later from the Manager harassing me and telling meI don’t know what I’m talking about I have worked for Scooters for five years at the end of the day. It’s just coffee is what we’re Told And to make the customer happy and to resolve the issue in a kind manner I wasn’t asking for anything out of the ordinary just to switch a syrup flavor for infusion that was not yet made, and would’ve been the same amount of flavoring, but I digress I recently came in again since that to give another chance did have a pleasant experience speaking to the barista she did a really good job on trying to communicate with the customer which I get props to but on the downside did receive a incorrectly made drink Which is very frustrating when you’re trying to treat yourself when you have a bad day definitely not corporate store vibes :(

I love scooters coffee. I like that it tastes like coffee and not just sugar like other places. But I do not like that the employee stands outside to take your order. I like to be able to pull up and see the menu and I always feel so awkward when they come up to my car. I use a different scooters when possible

Amber the store manager reached out to me and apologized for how we were treated. She offered to make it right, but I wasn't looking for anything free. I know Scooters typically has great customer service. She is going to address it at the store. Which is all that I ask. I am updating the review to a 3 star for that.

I stopped in here this morning to grab coffee for me and a buddy. Not one acknowledgement, or we’ll be right with you. Then another guy comes in behind me and same thing. Then a couple, then another single person. ZERO acknowledgement. Finally after at least 10 minutes we ALL leave. No one, not one employee ever acknowledged we were there. I won’t go back. I get busy, what I don’t get is not ONE employee ever acknowledged any of us!!!!

I stopped by today with a friend to do homework when we walked in we instantly felt the vibes were off due to both the employees seeing us come in and proceeded to ignore us for at least 5 minutes it felt like forever considering that the shop was empty and there wasn’t anyone in the drive thru just facing their back to us after seeing us come in….like waiting for us to leave and talking amongst each other. One of them finally came and in a very monotone and clearly annoyed by our presence expression took our order. We both ordered the same drink in a small size but when we received our drinks they were very lacking in filling of both the drink and whip cream. Almost like they only made one drink and split it between the cups… I get that baristas would do that for convenience but at least add more product or milk to make it look like you tried? If you don’t like your job you can always find another one but don’t take it out on the customers.. I love scooters itself but they should take more time to reevaluate who they are hiring to serve their customers and taming their reputation.

Update: The manager Amber McMichael reached out to me. Right off the bat she acted very defensive when she asked me for and received my follow up feedback on my visit. She was lecturing me on how to be a customer and that there’s always two sides to the story. She said “I already spoke to your friend as well and let her know there’s two sides to the story” she then asked me what did I expect to receive from the review. I told her “I just wanted to share my experience at that location for future customers as someone who consistently visits cafes to do homework and eat I like to always look at reviews beforehand for an idea of the environment. She said “Oh so you just wanted to rant” she continued to make very passive aggressive comments until I got frustrated and told her I don’t understand what the purpose of this call was if she was just gonna lecture me and rant about how there can be issues at work etc and that with her hostile personality I could see why her employees treat their customers the same way. She then said “WOAH that was very aggressive of you I’m going to have to fill out a form to ban you from this location and while I’m at it I will also attach a police report as there was footage of you and your friend stealing stuff from the pastry glass. I’m gonna ask you to never come back to this location”. Before I even had a chance to address the stealing accusation she hung up. I didn’t call back to that location because there is no use on speaking to someone who is driven by emotions and no customer service skills. I plan to follow up and address her defamation of character comment falsely accusing me of stealing and police report threat as that is not a statement to take lightly. I really hope they have their phone conversations recorded and camera footages. I 100% would never steal anything so I’m very offended to have been told this by the MANAGER over a REVIEW which I am allowed to make as a customer.

I came into store on SuperbowlSunday. Stood at counter for over 5 minutes. No one came over and took my order. You are fired!!! I will never come into your store again! Don't send me coupons. Your forever fired!!!!!
