The last visit I had ordered my norm dirty Chai tea. Wasn't as tasty with the Chai as I have had before. Service was good and the ladies behind counter are always polite.

So I've been to this location three times as I now have a couple more clients in the Elkhorn area I will definitely not be going back I will wait to pass by and go to Starbucks. I get the same order at every scooter's around Omaha a large carmalious blended with whip I used to get the same muffin but they no longer carry it so now I get the blueberry muffin and I always ask for it in one of the cinnamon roll tins. I asked for it in the cinnamon roll tin because I have a drive to work and it's easier to eat it out of that with a fork then try to peel it out of a paper bag once it is stuck to the bag because the muffin is put in their hot. I've been told now twice that I will no longer be serviced if I ask for that when I questioned why and no other location does that they said well they're a big location they have to go back to the back and get a cinnamon roll tin which is absolutely ridiculous there are other locations I go to that are just as big and they have never been rude to me like this store two women I do not remember their names the first one was an older lady with black hair the second one was older with I think blonde hair. I think it's disgraceful that when you pay this kind of money( I spend 10-15 a day) for a coffee and a muffin that you can't get it in a container. I don't have the luxury of taking a 30-minute or our lunch break I have to eat when I drive from one client to the next. So I definitely will not be going back to this location and I have also expressed my displeasure with this location with a couple of my clients they have also assured me that if this continues they will not go back to that location they can go to the Starbucks as well.

Corporate needs some special training on how to pour a nitro cold brew. I cannot tell you how many times I get half a cup or 3/4 of a cup with 4 inches of foam. For 6.40$ this is sad n pathetic service.
Had iced americano was good not great think would have been better with extra shot or less water. The energy drink with no sugar was great.

I would've been happier with a dollar menu burrito from a fast food chain. The fact they skimp out on their food and proceed to squish it together into a ball and call it a burrito is abysmal. And on top of that, the card reader forces you to tip (I assume unless you go to custom), meanwhile I'M the one telling THEM to have a nice day, not to mention the one sided "thank you". Customer service gets one more star than the food solely due to the fact that they weren't BLATANTLY disrespectful, but the least they could do is greet their customers and use proper etiquette. I can't say other chains do much better but I feel like a little CUSTOMER SERVICE would go a long way regarding customer satisfaction.
