chad was super helpful! my boyfriend came and picked up some drinks and a sandwich and the sandwich was missed. i called and he got me a refund for the sandwich. even though it was a little frustrating part of our order was missed, chads customer service was great and was quick to find a solution!
My wife and I almost religiously hit this location after drop off. Even with a line halfway to the street the wait times aren't that bad. The staff is always wonderful with a smile on their face.My only criticism is consistency. We order almost exclusively the same things every day but I always ask the question "did they make it right today".
Kid-friendliness: The smoothies, cake pops, and MASSIVE chocolate chip cookies are always a hit with the kids.
