I ordered a blended matcha and couldn't even drink it. There were so many huge chunks of ice, they were plugging the straw. In an attempt to salvage my drink, I strained it as soon as I got home, but was disappointed to see that the entire drink was just large ice chunks. It's usually smooth & easy to drink. I couldn't even get one good sip. The mango smoothie they made for us had zero chunks, but two different people were making the drinks.

I ordered an iced matcha with vanilla...nothing complicated, took her forever to make it, came out luke warm, NO ICE and no vanilla. Disappointed in Scooters, the service and quality have gone way down. Switching back to Starbucks or literally anywhere else.
Update: she did fix it and said she could tell the drink wasn't quite it, so I'm not sure why she still handed it to me that way. The only reason I took it was bc there were 2 cars behind me and I was upset at how long it took considering no cars were in front of me. I should have immediately went back to the drive thru. Luckily I work nearby and could go back within 30 seconds bc once I sat at my desk I realized that I actually deserve a well made drink that is exactly what I ordered. Glad she fixed it but give the baristas a one on one on how to make a matcha latte so no one else has to do this.

one of the few times ive gotten a HOT cup of coffee from any Scooters in Omaha after noon. This was at 17530 Wright St, Omaha, NE 68130 visited near 7pm 4-12-25 and was able to get a cup of dark roast and it was more then just coffee with half and half added. the cream was foamy and it was one of the best cups of coffee i've gotten, barista was super friendly and wish i'd left more tip.

i keep going to this scooter’s because it’s the closest but somehow i never got to actually buy coffee lol they loose so much money a day i feel really bad for whoever owns it. like countless times ill go there and sit in my car for 15 min amassing massive traffic behind me, then i watch each car getting fed up and leaving for then i get tired of waiting and leave. i don’t think the owners know this is happening it’s considerable amount of business thrown away everyday and it’s sad. next time ill take pictures of the process lol

Ordered on app and when I got there had to get something different because they were out of something for my drink. The barista gave me a bigger size for the trouble and this basically gallon sized coffee tasted so good ?? y’all are doing the good work and I’m not worthy. Love ya scooters

This location really went above and beyond this morning! I had a terrible experience with another location just 10 mins earlier. I decided to try this location just to buy another drink and after I told them what happened at the other location, they made my drink exactly how I wanted and also gave it to me for free! They seriously went above and beyond!
