My daughter and I went through this Scooters last night and the lady working was above helpful on our order. She suggested drinks per our taste and was spot on. Her friendliness helped make our mom and daughter night even better.

This location really went above and beyond this morning! I had a terrible experience with another location just 10 mins earlier. I decided to try this location just to buy another drink and after I told them what happened at the other location, they made my drink exactly how I wanted and also gave it to me for free! They seriously went above and beyond!

The staff was really rude, I ordered a ice sea salt caramelicious with oat milk, they started laughing at me for the way I pronounced it. when I got up to the window they gave me a hot one. I was so upset that I just left.

While the mini loaf was good, I received the wrong drink (black coffee instead of hot carmelicious) and the barista showed her frustration at the music being loud and unable to hear me by cursing. Not a great experience.
