Second time in a row we ended up leaving before we even got to the drive up window afyer ordering. Today, 2 cards left before we finally gave up. This place got remodeled like 6 months ago, is it lacking workers? Whats up?

I've gone to this scooters twice and both times they have gotten my order extremely wrong and had me waiting over 15 minutes for 2 red bull infusions

Perhaps a little more whip cream would do but this location may be low on whip cream I guess , daughter states it’s because we are in the h… sadly but that was her observation and maybe I just need to slow down on the fattening products but I like whip cream

Store manager just simply never keeps things stalked/ never orders properly for the store. I've been going here months and months, live just around the corner. 9 out of 10 times I don't get what I want becuase their out of something. I get it if it's every once in a while but it's every month, weeks of the month, that their out of things. This just seems like the manager constantly under orders at this point.

We’ve been here several times to give them a chance. They are very slow with service never have a smile on their face. Have also gotten our order wrong multiple times. Sucks to wanna support a business when they can’t get it together.

Have been to this location many times! Sometimes they've gotten my order right and sometimes not so right but anytime it wasn't and I brought it to their attention they fixed it without attitude or an issue.
Today I got to witness them Problem-solving about an order, which happened to be mine. The seasoned employee was letting a new employee know how to correctly code a decaffeinated beverage in a way that would not be confusing to other members of their team or risk the possibility of ruining a customer's order. The seasoned barista was firm and the new one was all ears! I was happy to see that, because it showed true team work and a company that cares about its guests! Great job Scooters!!

The drinks are mediocre at best but if there is more than 1 car in line you mise well just keep driving. Im not sure why this location is so slow but by far the slowest location i have ever been to. I sat in line for 30 minutes one day with 5 cars in line. Today i pulled up and there was 4 cars In front of me. I sat there for 7 minutes and not 1 single car pulled off so I left. I went to the McKinley location and had my drink in 3 minutes with 2 cars ahead of me. Please hire better or more coffee makers at this location. By far the slowest in town. And quit being chinsy with the whipped cream.
