My husband just picked up my favorite smoothie from this location on 30th & Ames. After my third sip, a long, thin hair (not my color or type of hair!!!!!), came through my straw! Immediately called, three calls straight and no one answers. This location closes at 8:00 p.m. My first call was 7:40 pm, followed by 7:42 pm and then 7:45 pm. That's completely gross and unsanitary. And then not to answer the phone of the business you work for, while it's still open? Not cool.

Some employee with fake eyelashes gave us an attitude for wanting a refund for something they don’t have in stock. A simple interaction and we were nice about it. Sorry you have to do you job lol. Maybe you shouldn’t have one.

I visit this scooters often and honestly was willing to ignore a lot of the stuff. When they started to lock there lobby and only allow drive through customers through. I was supposed to have a meeting with someone and had to figure something else out when I arrived bro find the place open and operating but locked. So many places on 30th have been doing that and it's very irritating. So since the service took a dump so does my opinion of this place.

Ordered a drink got to window everyone was busy talking in the lobby while I was looking at my drink on the table took a while till someone noticed I been waiting to pay and receive my drink

I had a blended peanut butter cup latte and maple waffle sandwich. The latte was top notch, as always. One waffle of the sandwich was falling apart which made eating it difficult. It tasted good, though.
All around just a waste. Go every morning thur the week and on the weekend it is trash ways get my order wrong and always end up going back and get it fixed but being charged for what i asked and never getting it and then going back to get it fixed I'm spending more on gas than the drinks them self. They need to get a manger in there ASAP that can train this crew members they have correctly. And on top of that they don't never answer the phone. HOW IS IT THAT YALL ARE HIRNG AND DID A INTERVIEW AND YALL HIRE DUMMIES

Probably one of THE WORST scooters locations in Omaha, just don't go to this one.. it sucks because it's such a convenient spot because I live in North O but I'd rather make the drive to the other side of town before coming back here.. the service was bad.. the quality of my drinks was even worse. Y'all just should've stayed closed.

Loved this store prior to having to close for the construction, but now every time I go there I am always told they’re out of Oreos for the Oreo blender, out of peanut butter, out of caramel every single time and I go to scooters almost daily and this is the only one that seems to never have anything in stock
