My boyfriend said he went to the drive thru at this location to get a medium black coffee-- plain, no cream, no sugar, nothing-- and the lady at the drive thru tried to charge him $12 for it. A MEDIUM BLACK COFFEE. He asked her if she was sure and she said yes, so he just left. ????????

Not a great experience today. They simply forgot my order. I waited 20 minutes and when I asked about my order they had no idea. They did their best to fix it, but then they made the wrong drinks and incomplete food. I left flustered.
