Not a great experience today. They simply forgot my order. I waited 20 minutes and when I asked about my order they had no idea. They did their best to fix it, but then they made the wrong drinks and incomplete food. I left flustered.

This is my absolute favorite Scooters location in Omaha. The staff is great and cheery, the drinks are ALWAYS consistent and delicious, and the drive through moves very quickly!My favorite drinks (you will see a theme here) are the Caramelicious Blender, the Hot Caramelicious, and the Iced Caramelicious.The Turtle Latte and Candy Bar lattes are also pretty good, if you're wanting something EXTRA sweet.The only drawback of this location is that the parking lot is a little weird, but I don't blame that on the Scooters - that parking lot has always been pretty weird and congested. If you're a Scooters fan, I'd say definitely give this location a try if you haven't yet, because it's a notch above the rest!

I went last week on Sunday to get a matcha latte with cold foam. I was being generous and got my bosses drinks as well. The only drink they gave me with cold foam was a mocha latte. I told the girl what it was supposed to be and she told me they don’t sell that. I just left with my nasty mocha latte. I tried to drink it but it just wasn’t good. I called in trying to reach a manager just to have my drink replaced. I was told there was no manager till Tuesday. I contacted support and they said the left my name with a team lead so I can get a free drink and a free food item. Well I went today and told them. No one knew what I was talking about but they were going to honor it. They gave me my drink and told me to have a nice day. I asked where the food item I had ordered was and they told me I had to pay for it. I told her support said I could get both but she told me it was one or the other. I just left. I will never return to this location

I order light ice coz I don’t like ice but I’ve always gotten with the regular amount. So when I ordered with no ice, unlike Starbucks where the cup is topped off with milk, I was told that it is not possible to do so.

I ordered a bagel sandwhich that was freezer burnt, the cheese was old, the bagel was stale and hard, and the egg and sausage were cold. Absolutely disgusting.

If no stars was an option, that's what I would rate this location. THEY WILL DOUBLE CHARGE YOU FOR YOUR COFFEE SO CHECK YOUR TRANSACTIONS!!!!! I ordered coffee using the app and when my boy friend picked it up THE EMPLOYEES made him aware that the app sent it through twice and told him there is a refund option available through the app- WELL THERE ISNT. When I went to go double check to submit a refund (before finding out I can't) I noticed IT WASNT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE BEEN CHARGED DOUBLE- it's happened MULTIPLE TIMES. I then tried to call the store- the manager working said she would"take me name and number and talk to the owner to figure out more" well I NEVER heard back- I had to call again. This time the same manager told me "it is a corporate issue and to call an 800 number that didn't even work. Finally I called a different location and at least was able to get the correct number to file a complaint. I fully understand not having control over the app as a store- but telling me 4 different things each time and having no solution on top of the way they treated their customers was distasteful.

I asked for iced and when the lady gave me my hot I was trying to say it was supposed to be iced and she looked at me and just shut the window in my face.

The location is not the best as it's hard to access when headed west. But the coffee makes up for it. Great mocha!
