For being on a busy street corner, 60th and Center, you wouldn't guess it by the atmosphere inside. highly recommend going in and relaxing. quiet enough to read or work and the staff is always very friendly and quick to greet you at the counter. drive through it great too. baristas always seem to have the right attitude here.

I decided to try this Scooters location for a drink, but it was disappointing. The drink looked nothing like what I usually get from other locations, and the quality was off. I should have trusted the reviews, as this location doesn’t match the standards of other Scooters I’ve been to. Hopefully, they can improve their service and quality in the future.

I love this place Iv had issues with drinks but that’s normal and the staff is always nice especially the older lady who always chit chats but today the blonde worker did not say a single word to me was silent and not how anyone would want their coffee get better customer experience because Iv always had great experience here

We ordered 1 med hot cap with a pump of vanilla, 1 med hot cap with a pump of carmel? And 1 Americano filled 1/2 to top with water. EVERY DRINK WAS WRONG!. Americano was filled to the top with water. They asked 2x how much watee we wanted in Americano and they still filled i t to the top. The cappuccinos were actually lattes with sweet cream on them. We questioned the cappuccinos that were filled to the top with milk and were actually lattes. We ordered cappuccinos, they said they made cappuccinos. This staff was clueless and had no idea what they were doing. What a waste of $16.00

Stopped at this Scooter’s 59th and Center) before a meeting tonight to try to get a simple brewed decaf with cream. 15 minutes later drove off with no coffee, was charged $6 and couldn’t believe the stupidity of these two girls. Told them I’d be in contact tomorrow with manager if charge was not reversed (it hasn’t been) and suggested they lay off the recreational substances before work. At one point they handed me a frothy something. I kept asking if they understood me. I repeated my order like 6 times. Finally they said they didn’t have decaf.
The service at this location has been declining. I usually go to this one because it’s closest to my house but lately the staff seems to be completely out of it. They will take your order and then you wait in line forever and when you get to the window, they don’t even know what your ordered and you have to repeat it back to them over and over again. This has happened a few times and every time It literally seems like the staff has just woken up.
I went last week and ordered a hot drink and the guy at the window seemed really annoyed and when I finally got my drink, he handed me a hot drink cup full of regular cold milk. When I told him it was just cold milk in my cup, he went to steam it and when I got the cup back, it was only half full.
Honestly they are pretty disorganized and it’s not very good service. I’ll probably go to a different one from now on.

I originally liked this place a lot but the recent time I went there the manager was extremely rude. She just seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I heard it was being bought out and was excited to see the outcome of that but I am not sure on if it was a good thing anymore.
