I go here often and usually it is pretty good but lately we’ve been getting half cooked sandwiches. The cheese is hard and the sandwich just isn’t appetizing. The drinks range from having lots of flavor to none at all.

This is the only Scooters to go to first thing in the morning when you need your caffeine. This is the only location in Omaha I found that i continuously leave in a better mood than when I came in. The staff are always friendly and that goes a long way especially when you're tired or having a bad day. I'm a regular customer but they don't know who I am when I pull up to the speaker so every time I leave I feel like my interactions are genuine. I don't know if it's the management that makes coming to work fun or if it's something else but it makes a huge difference in my day to have someone smile at me and make me feel valued even though all I'm doing is ordering coffee.

This week I went to this location twice. On Tuesday morning I ordered a mint blended mocha there was zero mint it was just a blended mocha. I thought maybe they just made it incorrectly. Today I ordered an iced mint mocha. It was an iced mocha with whipped cream and a few Andes mints. I thought mint syrup was an ingredient. What a waste of $6.48.

I wanted to get a coffee but I was in a large truck so I called and they were happy to get me what I needed they even told me to stay in my truck they would come to me that was nice

I usually don't have a problem going here besides that I have been given cold sandwiches before. This morning though I ordered a everything bagel sandwich and was given a rotten one! I took a bite and kept smelling something sour. I looked at the sandwich and smelled it and almost threw up. I don't know if it had thawed and refroze or what but it has totally ruined the food there for me. 6$ wasted.

This is my FAVORITE location in Omaha! The girls are SUPER sweet. John and Rita are AMAZING! They push drinks out fast and with pride and a smile. Love you guys! 😊
Slowest Scooters in town. Stopped by this location multiple times and it has always been the same experience, slow and unfriendly. 12 minutes to get 3 vehicles through. Use a different location if you can!

It is Mother’s Day so I decided to try this location for the new S’mores blended drink as a treat. Either they didn’t prepare it properly or the “flavor” is a scam. It was a Walmart version of a Starbucks Frappuccino at best. Very disappointed in this so-called flavor and wasn’t even worth getting as a blended coffee.

Went there yesterday and ordered 2 wildcat infusions. I was charged for both drinks and they took my free drink off of my app. Sent a message with no reply. Capped twice and was hung up on both times.
