Don’t bother getting your smoothies at this location. This is about the third time I’ve gotten smoothies here and there’s so much ice in it, it’s not smooth and the ice really waters it down. They aren’t supposed to be like that, nobody wants huge ice chunks in their smoothies. These aren’t cheap btw.

The barista mistakenly made a medium blender instead of a large we purchased. No big deal. However, they took the medium back, dumped it in the mixer and added ingredients to make it fill the large cup instead of starting over from scratch. The blender given back to me tasted very watered down with little to no flavor, almost as if they just added ice as a filler. Usually don't give feedback but the sub-par experiences are becoming more frequent lately.
