The barista mistakenly made a medium blender instead of a large we purchased. No big deal. However, they took the medium back, dumped it in the mixer and added ingredients to make it fill the large cup instead of starting over from scratch. The blender given back to me tasted very watered down with little to no flavor, almost as if they just added ice as a filler. Usually don't give feedback but the sub-par experiences are becoming more frequent lately.
This is my preferred location. They are ALWAYS nice and happy. Nothing better than notice that they give the extra mile even with something so simple as drawing an additional smiley face on your cup. The coffee is always amazing. I appreciate the staff from this location. Thanks for providing an EXCELLENT service. They deserve a pay raise and a bonus!!!!! ?
Many locations are not on top of their game.This location, the team seriously top notch. One of the best in Omaha. SUPER fast, always cheerful. And the drinks are actually made perfectly every single visit. Thank you for caring about your job! Y'all are awesome! :)
