Amazing service. This is a training location, but we've only ever had great, friendly service here! We don't often get food, but they came out with the salted carmelicous cake balls! Yum!!! They were pretty & tasted amazing. And there's a surprise of caramel in the middle!For drinks, we got a blended carmelicious & mango matcha smoothie. Both were yummy, as always!

My husband and I have frequented this location for years. The owner is such a sweet heart. Contact her if you have any issues. This is one advice I give to any Barista at Scooters: Please, please, please, I beg you. Stir the hot drinks. Otherwise the flavor sits at the bottom making it seem like the drink isn't good until that last sip which is literally liquid sugar. The Baristas here know us and are really super nice. I have had one exchange which was negative with one staff member who seemed to be annoyed by our visit and was extremely rude BUT this is 1 time out of the dozens of times we've visited over the years.
Travelling across country and this is my first time at Scooter's. It was great all around.

The Scooter's on Cornhusker road has the fastest drive-thru i have ever seen. Two days in a row she is handing me my coffee as i pull up to the window. AMAZING!!!! Staff is always happy and extremely helpful.That other coffee place "Mega-Bucks" has never been that fast!Im ALL-IN for Scooter's... downloaded the app now.... Never going back to "Mega-Bucks" again while I'm in Omaha!!

Rude staff. When we asked the dark roast, wouldn’t give us the name of the dark roast. When we got to the window, they handed us drinks we had 3 hot drinks and so we asked politely which one is this and the response was “the only medium.” What if this had been our first time at scooters? How would I know the size of the cups? This location needs to step up their customer service, specifically the woman working at the window. Whoever made the coffees did a great job, they are delicious. Unfortunately won’t return to this location for the rude service.

Do not know the difference between a mango and peach smoothie drove all this way in the cold to get a smoothie and i was given a peach smoothie after asking for mango x2

Absolutely amazing service! I ordered a strawberry mango vertigo and out of all of the scooters I have been to in Omaha this one has made my drink PERFECTLY! They were incredibly kind and we got our drinks very quickly!

Whoever is working the window right now is literally the most rude human I have ever encountered. Interrupted me 4x while I ordered 2 drinks & could NOT wait to get us out of there, then got our drinks wrong.
