If you’re looking for a hot coffee it isn’t here. Asked for a coffee and I guess I had to specify it to be hot. I’m taking that it was a coffee that they made in the morning time and they just never refilled it. Thanks for your excellent service. I know your job is extremely hard.

Tonight, however, was an exceptional experience-- Maddie was backed up and busy beyond belief, but still made time to make sure that we we were taken care of, with a bright and kind demeanor. That kind of service is absolutely remarkable, and it's what keeps us coming back to this location!

I don't have a complicated order. I've now had bad service here three times. Once is cool, everyone gets busy. Twice, well I do order two drinks so it's easy to mess one up sometimes. Three times? Now I'm frustrated. Not the gal workings fault as she was by herself dealing with a line but one drink was just steamed milk with no flavoring.... Not much I can do with that. It was supposed to be a banana bread latte. Guess I'll go to a different location from now on. I've never had a problem at the other locations around town.

The girls working are troopers. The AC is down in the store so they are working in 90+ degrees but still have great attitudes. Probably should get the AC fixed!

The girls at the 139th and Millard mornings are amazing. I am a regular there and if they see me in line my drink is ready at the windows when I pull up
I ordered a RedBull Infusion (Blue Raspberry) yesterday and it taste like just the lemonade and the RedBull .I ordered a StrawberryBanana Smoothies with Protein Powder today. It was liquidy and i have a stomachache this morning . Whoever makes it, it was terrible 😞. I was disappointed with the drinks and it’s not worth of the money. Im going to stop buying drinks in this location. There is a better Scooters somewhere else.
Parking: Drivethru needs a new renovation.
Kid-friendliness: They take forever to help whose ever next in line. Windows get close while the customer’s waits for their drink.

Avoid this location. Slow service. Pointless to have a scooters that only serves one or two customers at a time and takes 5-10 minutes preparing each order. If you’re forced to use this location, prepare to wait 20 mins behind 2 cars

We’ve come here regularly since we live so close, but the last two visits my drink has been wrong BOTH times. Asked for no whip, gets whip cream. Other time I asked for an iced drink and was given a hot one. And the person working is rude on top of it all. There’s tons of other scooters to go to, we won’t be visiting this one anymore.
