So, I've only been here a handful of times and the coffee is good, that's not really my gripe. The last time I went, they undercooked one of my sausage, egg, and cheese bagels. I thought it was on the colder side because I had to be outside briefly, but man... I had the worst food poisoning ever. It'll be the last time I order food here which sucks, because I love sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches.

I’m always getting harassed by homeless people here left and right. worker is okay with homeless guy staying RIGHT by the counter and staring at me while I’m paying ?? It’s basically a homeless shelter at this point. Never coming back, idc. Paid 8$ to feel harassed, guilt tripped & on edge ! Yay

I love this store! The ladies are so friendly and take care of me. Love this location! I come here nearly every day. My dog looks forward to it too! Lately I have noticed an increase in disruptions by homeless people inside and outside. Understand it’s getting colder, however, I am pretty sure customers are being affected not to mention the staff. I often feel bad for the staff and sometimes leave wondering if something bad will happen one day. Hope not. It’s nearly intolerable to witness the harassment they endure. Will keep coming back though!

Listen if it’s almost closing time and a couple walks in with two kids don’t roll your eyes and slump forward and exclaim that you Close in a few minutes. As someone who worked in coffee shops you just make the hot cocoas. Best part is we went down the street to Godega got better hot cocoas and tipped the barista VERY VERY well.

The space is nice and the staff is always friendly but dear god the drinks are sweet. I got the featured drink and my husband got a cinnamon latte, both with extra shots and it’s like they forgot to add any espresso at all. It’s just syrup and milk.
We went home to brew a pot of coffee and used our lattes as creamer. It’s unlikely we will ever get coffee from scooters again.

Drinks are amazing, as always! However, the service was subpar at best. I'm pretty sure the lady who took our order hates us and her job. No greeting--just a blank stare. When I was trying to remember the name of the holiday drink I got last time, she glared at me like I was dumb. When I asked for the bathroom code, she smacked her lips and gave me the code as if giving it meant she'd personally have to hold my hand while I used said facilities. She had glasses with brown hair pulled into a pony tail--name tags should be mandatory. I don't expect insane, over-the-top exuberance, but a simple smile and hello go a long way.

Tasty drinks and treats up to Scooter's standards. The cafe is spacious, comfy with plenty of seating and there is even a large meeting space that can be reserved.
Service leaves a lot to be desired though as the staff are... Clearly very unhappy. No one has been directly unkind to me, it's just the attitude. Can't expect everyone to be chipper all the time or anything, but man, they radiate misery here for no apparent reason. Kinda awkward.

Sign says restrooms for customers only. Spend 8 bux on coffee. Told me restrooms are closed. Explained to them I had drove from a long ways away and I really needed to use the restroom. They didn't care. Left coffee on the counter. Won't return. Great service guys 👍

This place has a pretty huge dining room with some larger tables and separate rooms which are great for groups, but service is pretty lacking. The baristas don't seem to be happy working here and don't even greet the guests my name when they put the drinks out, I ordered a hot white mocha, and it came out entirely too sweet, which is not usual for the white mocha. Consider ordering your specialty coffee with sugar-free syrup or a different kind of milk to avoid getting a drink that is too sweet. Definitely won't be coming back. For $15 for two coffees, the least they can do is smile and show us that they appreciate our business.

What a joke this location is right in the middle of Omaha tourism hotels with out of towners everywhere and you can't take a bill bigger than a 20$. I usually go to Hardy coffee which has way better coffee(they'll break a bigger bill as well)but they were super busy so i thought what the hay I'll try scooters cause they weren't busy and I now know why. By the way your baristas are lack luster no energy no hello how are just what do you want. Save the time folks and wait in line for the local coffee shops when they're busy it's well worth it. You'll never get my business again.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. I live in the Old Market and come in often. Also, they close at 8 pm during the week, not 7 pm as stated on Google Maps. 😀🤷♂️
