I love this Scooter location. The staff is always friendly and awesome.
I go to this location all the time and love the atmosphere and staff, but Carlie especially! She’s always there in the mornings and yells greetings as soon as I come in which makes me feel like a valued customer. She remembers my name and order and goes out of her way to make sure customers are satisfied. She’s a huge reason I come as often as I do ?
The atmosphere has improved. In the past, there were homeless people sleeping inside the store.Parking: Good chance of being ticketed if you don't feed parking meter.
We tried this coffee one day and fell in love. Excellent quality coffee, great aroma. Tastier than in one popular coffee shop (you’ll understand what I mean :). You can have a good time at this coffee shop. Plenty of space, comfortable tables. I definitely recommend it either cold or hot. Thank you, guys!

**UPDATE scooters district manager reached out and we discussed the issues my family experienced and they apologized. This review was more to make sure they knew what happened on a night where an event was held downtown and they listened!**Extremely upset with their customer service and would not serve us way before they were suppose to close!!!We went to the Omaha light festive and decided to go warm up by getting coffee and hot coco. After waiting in line for 15 mins we get up to the counter to be told that they are no longer serving anyone due to a line going to their door and they have to finish their orders and clean before they close at 8. It was 6:30 when they did this!!! The reason they said they’re not serving anyone else is because they needed to clean and because they weren’t going to stay after closing to do so. We let them know that their sign says they are open until 8 and it was only 6:30 they continued to roll their eyes at everyone and tell them that they called their manager and was informed to stop serving their customer and to kick them out so they could clean before closing. When we asked again about it being only 6:30 and they mayor just had a speech about enjoying local shops and the light festival that just ended ong the girls said “well I don’t know what to tell you but I will not stay after closing to clean up so we are not serving anyone else and we needed to go to another coffee shop.” When I asked for a phone number or where I could file a complaint they told me to look it up online. As we were walking out and letting people know they weren’t serving anyone people said they literally just placed an online order and one of the workers said they were working on their order.There was not a single person upset before this happened. We all understood they were busy and we all didn’t have an issue waiting. To be honest I was planning on giving them a pretty big tip due to how busy they were but I was shocked at how they handled this situation and how rude they got!! Will definitely be calling them tomorrow to complain!!
