This Scooters has the worst customer service. Instead of having the music going and a party atmosphere, how about getting the coffee ready. You guys open at 5:30a and have every excuse as to why coffee isn't brewing. I drive down the street to 131st and Maple and ask for the same coffee and this Scooters has it hot, ready and with excellent customer service! Do Better! Gave me a cold cup of hot coffee 2 days earlier.
If you're someone with sensitivity and have never gotten a hot drink or a drink with ice, be prepared for scooters to sell half a cup of drink for full price with no option to even freaking pay up to top-up. I've always gotten my drink from Starbucks which tops it up but had my wife pick it up from scooters coz she had to drop our cat off for surgery at the vet next door. Terrible idea lol. Messed up my whole morning, thanks scooters.

Really nice staff, and they make the coffee fast. Large dining room. Multiple bathrooms. I got the mocha, which tastes like it has caramel or some other flavor that makes it a bit sweet. They also have chai lattes. They can make their drinks hot, iced, or blended, and they have 3 different sizes. They have a flavored coffee of the day, which they stop serving at 1pm.
Kid-friendliness: They have smoothies.
Parking: Plenty of parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps, no stairs. Tables have pull-out chairs.
