Visited Shucks this past weekend and was blown away with how friendly the staff was! We got a seat right away and had very fast turnaround to get our food! The food was spectacular and our server, Jessie, helped pick out some great oysters to try, along with the shrimp Alfredo which was great! Highly recommend this place to anyone in the Omaha area!

Fresh oysters in Omaha? You bet! Love the low key atmosphere and very good service! They should be on Diners, Drive-is, and Dives! We stop every time we are in Omaha.

Doesn't matter what shucks location you go to, they are all good. Ben the bartender was super nice. The oysters, clam chowder and crab cakes are awesome. Will keep going back many times.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Went with my husband for a Sunday night dinner. We both wanted fish and chips. The only disappointment was that there wasn't enough fish. It was lightly breaded, nice, and crispy outside, but the fish was perfect on the inside, nice and moist, melt in your mouth. Neither my husband and i are fans of Coleslaw, but we ate that up to.
I recommend getting a table instead of a booth. If you get a booth and someone is sitting behind you, be prepared for the back of the seat to move every time they do. Honestly, if it wasn't for the booths, I would give them a 5 star.

My table of seven was served by Meg M and Meg B, nicest ladies in the whole of Nebraska. Meg M says “the most important thing when eating is Great Food, Great Service and Great Company” and this place has all of it. She also loves to dance and will definately have fun with you. Meg B is the sweetest woman ever and gets everything done without missing a beat. She is the type of waiter that belongs in the hall of fame and she refills your drink before you ever have to say anything. Make sure you come here if you’re in the area and try their signature catfish!!!

Jackson shucks closed us out and was something to remember. He was really nice even though we came in last minute and some of my party were still not done after closing time.

We thought they closed later, but they still welcomed us in and treated us just as nice as if we were 3 hours earlier, remember that!!!

My daughter has a gluten allergy that makes her extremely nauseous and causes pain when she consumes it. Tonight our server assured us that they cooked it in a different fryer and my daughter got the chicken fingers. She feels amazing afterwards, coming up to me a few minutes ago asking if we could go back soon. Of course we can honey, dad always wants a shrimp Po' Boy.

Truly like an east coast oyster bar. Love this place.

I am never disapointed when I eat here. It's like a treat at the end of a long week. The drinks are good and strong and the food is as fresh as it gets. Service is prompt and friendly. The atmosphere is a little different from what you would expect for a high end seafood place but it's a lot of fun. The menu has planty of options and everything is very tasty. Definately take this one in if you get a chance. You won't regret it.

Great locally owned (employee owned) restaurant that has wonderful seafood. Highly recommend and have gluten free options.
