Service was terrible. Waited 15 minutes for the first burger in our order. 20 minutes for the second one. 3rd one we had to go ask for. All on the same ticket. Disappointing. The burgers were really good, might try a different location next time. Not sure if they were understaffed or what.

Came in to the K Plaza location today and had great service and food. What stood out to me, was this little girl about 6-8 years old sitting in the booth next to us. Her Dad (I found out after talking to the GM) works there and had to come in last minute because two people didn't show up for their shifts so he had to bring his daughter along. Thankfully, the General Manager (didn't catch her name) was helping out and making sure she was settled and grabbed her things as she needed them. It was a really cool thing to see because life happens and unfortunately some people don't care and you could tell that this Manager really cared. I have a lot of respect for the staff at Smash Burger in K Plaza! Will definitely be back.

Hamburgers are always good, but I really enjoy the brussel sprouts! Glad to see you have other side options besides just french fries. Service was fast and customer service was great. The kids always enjoy the shakes.The shakes are pretty big, so you might be able to share it with them. I enjoyed the double bacon cheeseburger with no bun.

This is a place that, despite being a chain restaurant, and still serve up a pretty mean burger. Got some tasty shakes to have with your delicious burg and to go with it some good French fries, though to be fair the changed them a little bit back and the fries aren't quiet as good as they used to be. Still good though.

Delicious burgers and fries. A little pricey compared to others. There are not meal deals. But you do get the option of burger, chicken, bean veggie burger. The burger has a great flavor and texture.
