Amazing smoothies/açaí bowls. Unfortunately, every employee is 0/10 in terms of friendliness, efficiency. Only one gal working over the lunch hour and she’s got the personality of a brick wall. Horrible.

I drove pretty far to get a couple smoothies to only see that they chose to close early on their own terms. We arrived at 8:32pm and the girl ignored us and was closing up not taking or processing orders when it clearly says they’re open until 9pm.

We literally want to be given some smoothies here for my gas money, time and inconvenience here. Just rude and ignored us like we weren’t there.

If you’re opened until 9 then be opened as advertised.

Either they closed early or the google hours are wrong but I showed up 12 minutes before they are supposed to close and they drive thru was already down. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a Smoothie King and I likely will not be back.

Fast a friendly service!!! Would definitely recommend!!

Dietary restrictions: Pleanty of options and things you can add to help your diet whether you’re trying to gain or lose!!

Parking: In a strip mall so there is drive thru and plenary of parking

Kid-friendliness: They have delicious kid friendly smoothies

Wheelchair accessibility: There’s a wheelchair ramp and wheelchair can fit through the doors!!

Me my wife and kids decided get a smoothie and a bowl from smoothie kings after the gym. So we arrived and there were two entitled sour face kids working there with an ugly attitude. So rude to the customers in front of us and also too us. After we ordered when they gave us our smoothies the chick threw the straws on the counter instead of handing them to me. Also the guy threw the spoon on the counter rite in front of me as I had my hand out. Will never go back to that place ever again will not recommend this place to any one first time going already a bad experience already I really want to rate this place ZERO STARS!!

as someone in the food service industry i totally understand being understaffed or having big orders come through and having it take a while, but it’s frustrating when there’s only one car in front of you and you have to sit in the drive thru for 10+ minutes behind them when you have one item. i’m not sure if you record window time but if you do, having customers with big orders/orders that take longer to prepare pull into a parking spot then bringing it out to them would help cut your recorded window time and save drive through customers from leaving upset. other establishments do this and it’s effective.i’d also love to see more consistency with products, every time i’ve ordered an acai bowl it’s filled anywhere from halfway filling the container to all the way full and if i’m paying $12 and the size isn’t specified, it feels more worth my money to go somewhere that has different size options where i know what i’ll be paying for. or at least cover the lack of fullness with toppings.products are otherwise consistent in taste and quality

I am very displeased with how I was just treated as a paying customer I was told by the manager Mary that the owner does not want me in his business. she was extremely rude other than that.Margaret did a great job preparing my smoothie bowl. It was not acceptable. It was very unprofessional for the store manager Mary to talk to me the way she did and it is extremely unacceptable for a customer to be told by the manager that the owner does not want me in his business this is new knowledge to me I was never told that I am not allowed to be there especially as a paying customer. I also did nothing wrong to the owner to be treated in that way. And I will not be returning to Smoothie King.

What’s going on with this store? Manager can’t figure out how to deal with customers properly. None of the staffs know how to take order. Cant have a refund because didn’t like the products..?
