this location seems to always make the same mistake and ruin my order, if you promote an item(groovy fries) along with a signature sauce(groovy sauce) then that should by default be included, now saying that i undersatnd why it is an option to have it or dont, but when i ask for the item specifically i expect it to be with my order. I come for the fries AND the sauce, talk about dissapointing when you cant remember something thats written down right in front of you.

We were given our food very very late. The man got mad when we asked for our food after a 30-40 minute late, and the employee lied to us. Thought he was so mad that he was gonna spit in our food hauk tuah. JUST looked in the bag and forgot my fries. Very short staffed and just needs to shut down. I'm very sad, as this was for my 12 year old sick daughter who asked for this as a final meal request. Very disappointed.

If you want a Smash burger go here late at night when Zack and Maria are managing and working the grill. If Sonic wants to teach other stores how to do this burger right talk to these two!!!! I go to other sonics even this sonic and every time I'm disappointed. But man!!!! When Maria makes our Smash Burgers they are Amazing.
