I love Sonic, but my latest experience was a bit subpar. Granted, they were incredibly busy at first, but even as things started to slow down, we had to wait more than half an hour for our food to come out. The server was really chill, but it was also annoying waiting that long to receive a shake with about two inches of ice cream missing from the top

I have been coming here for more than a year and the service has progressively declined. It takes for ever for someone to take your order. Food comes decently timely, but I just sat for nearly 20 minutes in the drive through at the microphone, not even including time in line where I watch several people drive off due to wait time. When I finally left without placing my order, and there was a long line behind me, the person was in the drive through window playing with 3d glasses. And no one was being helped. Just ridiculous!

It's always a treat to get my food here. I only use the drive-thru. Even when they are busy and I have to wait in line, the drive-thru attendant is very friendly and helpful and the food never disappoints me.
