Smash burgers suck. Taste nasty. On top of that there was a small hole in my drink cup 1/2 my milkshake gone before I realized it was leaking. CAN SAY FOR SURE WE WONT BE GOING BACK AGAIN.

Great service, efficient drive thru, food was made fresh to order, and the staff was really great .
If I could give 0 stars I would. They weren't busy and the service was extremely slow. After I received my food I noticed it was incorrect. I went to one of the stalls where I informed them of the error. The person I spoke with said to go back through the drive-thru where it’d be corrected and refused to correct it at the stall. Going back through the drive-thru I again notified them of the error and asked if I could get a rush on it because I was now running late to something, they said sure and proceeded to take their sweet time. I will never come through this location again!

I would like to share my recent experience this week. First, customer service was abismal, especially from the management member on duty, including the crew member. I ordered my sweet tea with easy ice. It was practically filled with ice. I returned shortly to address the issue. The crew member gave me the dirtiest look the entire time. The manager or supervisor on duty had a very rude tone, including when I first pulled up to pick up my mobile order. After explaining that I ordered easy ice, not extra ice & slowed her how full the cup was of ice. She initially told me that it didn't show up as easy ice for them. I quickly pulled up my receipt from the app & showed her where I ordered easy ice on my mobile order. Realizing, I saw right through her b.s. She doubled down her mistake, not willing to be accountable for it; she just shrugged her shoulders & said that's easy ice for us, sorry there's nothing I can do. I asked her & continued showing her my cup filled with ice. Is this easy ice for you? She replied yes. I stated, "That's ridiculous. Do you realize that?" That doesn't leave room for regular ice or extra ice. She said yes, I don't have control over the ice, but that's easy ice. I feel cheated. This person was unwilling to make things right with me, the customer. I feel cheated. I don't believe I was unreasonable in wanting my beverage correctly served. I wanted ice tea with easy ice; not ice with easy tea. It's so ridiculous. I can't believe I was treated this way.
This was very frustrating. I consider myself a frequent customer, but historically, this location has had terrible customer service over the years & I wish I had a more positive experience at this sonic location. I just wanted to share & if you have the flexibility to go to another sonic location. I strongly recommend other locations before visiting this sonic location. Have a nice day, everyone.

Tried to get my pregnant wife some late night food from here, and they told us they took the last order for the night before 20 minutes before they were supposed to close. I don't usually like going somewhere close to closing, but when your pregnant wife has a craving, you take care of it. Their hours are posted, and they need to stay open like they're posted, not close early for your convenience.

bad service the manager catina started arguing with me and when i asked for her name she wouldnt give it to me and kept yelling at me to look at her hat . all because i asked for a cup of cookie crumble and she started up told me no when i asked her i hope she gets fired no customer should have to deal with that , ive worked in customer service and ive always learned that you have to get the customer what they need
