We've been coming here A LOT, and this is by far the best Sonic I've been to. I always pre-order in the app, the food quality is consistent (important when you have special needs kiddos), and my orders have been accurate every time. The cherry on top is that every employee I have interacted with has been friendly and professional... special shout out to Heather and Justice, who were amazing!

Ordered in app. A Saturday morning about 830. No one was there but me. After about 15 or so minutes, I went to the door to ask about my order. They were not paying any attention that they had an order. 10 minutes later my jr breakfast burrito and small tots came out. Another time, same thing. Ordered in app. Guy next to me got his, many cars came and went and finally after about 20 minutes and teaching someone by phone she said it’s not out because it’s not ready. This time was also a junior breakfast burrito and small tots. they obviously forgot about it. The guy told me well. There’s only one other person in there working with me, when I can plainly see at least two more people so definitely don’t order on the app here I would just say don’t come here at all.

I ordered 1 drink and was forgotten about. I pushed the button at the 10 minute mark to see what was up. They thought it had been brought out already. Okay, that’s fine. I wait another 10 minutes and just drive off. They weren’t that busy. I probably won’t return to this location. What a waste of time.

I ordered two slushies and the screen said "Jayden will be out with your order" for five minutes and then the screen went back to the specials menu, but our food never came. I pressed the button and told them our food never came out and he apologized and said he would give us large slushies for the wait. We waited again for ten minutes and the slushies still had not come out. I pushed the button again and he finally brought them out but they were not larges and the server was rude. I am extremely disappointed. A fun outing for slushies ended up with us waiting in a stall for over 20 minutes. Unacceptable.
