$1.00 for this?! About 1/3 the size of that shown on the app. I was able to dip 10 fries of my large groovy fries. Yes, I counted.

Order 5 small shakes , menu said 4.19 each they wanted over $28 at cashier, I said that's wrong should about 21$ plus tax, they said they were 5.69 and argued with me I had to give them all I had about 27$ and then the shakes had melted were poorly made and the worst shakes I ever got anywhere. Sure seemed like a scam to me. Never buy anything at Sonic who knows what tricks they play there.

The app has not let me pay for a couple months now. I've un-/reinstalled it multiple times. Tonight was the same story, so I ordered through the kiosk. The past few times I've been through, I explained the situation and they gave me half price on my drink since the app doesn't work. I got a nope when I asked tonight. Fine, I just need a drink. Inserted my card, and about 10 minutes later my drink (no food) finally comes out. I was then asked for $4.04. I explained I paid on the kiosk. He said it didn't go through. So I gathered up all my cash, and had exactly 4 $1 bills. I asked if he'd take just the $4.00. He said no, he needed 4 cents more. I had to dig through mycar to find 4 pennies. So not only was I charged 2× the amount I should have been if the app actually worked (looks like I'm not the only one having this issue), my drink was being denied over 4 cents!! Freaking ridiculous!!
I was going to create a whole new account on the app to see if that worked, but I think I'm just done with Sonic period now.
Sat in a stall for 15 minutes without ever being helped. Then they turned off the red button. After I press it again, they say, "we'll be right with you," and I look inside to see 4 employees standing around talking. I would immediately fire every person working this evening.

Decided to get a Sonic Blast for an evening dessert. Parked in a stall (facing forward, as I always do, have done it for years) and about halfway through my dessert, an employee comes out and says that parking facing forward isn't allowed. When I asked him what problem it caused, he couldn't cite anything, he just said "I don't know."
That has to be the most ridiculous thing I have heard of in a while. I have no tolerance for stupidity.
I have gradually reduced my visits to Sonic (not just this location, but in general) due to messed up orders, variable food quality (rather a lack thereof) a barely functional app which makes a Microsoft software product seem not so bad, long wait times, and now this? Something so petty and nonsensical? I'll never return to any Sonic after tonight's experience. This sealed the deal.

Parking: Plenty of parking spaces at the drive in, but you can get out as well. They have spaces that aren't menu spaces as well.

Great place with fast service! They don't always get drink orders correct but they are quick to fix them if you ask. Just check before you leave!

Worst service ever- waited over 1/2 hour never got our food. Drive thru was getting food, stalls next to us got orders, had to attempt to get food or refund times after first 25 minutes. I am usually a very patient and understanding customer but the store was obviously very poorly run- 159th & Q - don't go there!

Burnt fries no soft drink and saw a employee take a cup put pop and ice in it then dump it and put it back for the next person wow probably never eat at this dump again
I have been here a few times and each time I come back I think they will get better yet I haven't been proved of that. Every time I go to this location something is wrong either the food takes too long or they get my order wrong. However this last time today I got two drinks and two sandwiches. Both drinks were messed up the cherry lemonade route 44 was missing the cherry, and the strawberry limeade I can't even drink it's too sour and I eat limes and lemons by themselves if it's too sour for me there's something wrong. I don't want to seem like a Karen I barely do reviews but I'm getting really tired of this you might of lost a customer. I am also experiencing symptoms of food poisoning or something going on with your food because Half-hour to hour of having the sandwich I'm having stomach issues. If I have to leave work then this is ridiculous and you guys need to get your stuff together.
