I love this sonic I come here ALOT but tonight I ordered on the app like usual for 5 minute pick up took me about 10 to get here and had to wait another 30 minutes after checking in when I finally just went through the drive through and they'd had it ready because I got it in 2 seconds. Disappointed in my favorite store tonight. It was not that busy and there were 2 instances where nobody was ordering or in the drive thru for a couple minutes and they still didn't bring it out.

Drove in around 10pm they said drive thru only but he no big deal it is raining like crazy and late. Ordered our food triple smasher and a bacon cheeseburger. Food came out fast and was really fresh. They did miss the dipping sauce for the onion rings but we were still here eating and told them and they corrected the error right away. Great job guys! Will definitely be eating here again. (Ps Dirty Dr Pepper is amazing highly recommend!!)

Thank you Kevin for ruining our night, I hope you got home safe and had wonderful nights rest.
We had about an 12 item order placed around 11:00 pm. Circumstances of only one person working is considered with in the negitive experience we just had. We were told we had everything but sadly did not and received a wrong order for an ocean water while missing a limeade slush. We had no alternative commands made no switching or taking anything off. The man working that night was just simply rude and we saw that he was on his own and we were polite. But in return he was short and insisting that we had everything but we showed him what he handed us and intact we were missing just one small item. This was the worst experience we’ve ever had at a sonic. We had five ice cream and three drinks and two corn dogs. Along with a motz stick and a pretzel twist the food was fine but the communication or lack there of a finding experience left a sour taste in our mouth.

Food was absolutely inedible. Tots were ok. Smash burger was so greasy the cardboard box was falling apart in the bag. No marinara for the mozzarella sticks. Will skip by this sonic again.
The nice grown man working tonight provided excellent service and made our ice creams perfectly

The computer interfaces worked with my online order and reported my arrival to the staff. The location was clean even though it was bitterly cold. The staff that brought my order was interactive, friendly, and thanked me for my patronage.
