The computer interfaces worked with my online order and reported my arrival to the staff. The location was clean even though it was bitterly cold. The staff that brought my order was interactive, friendly, and thanked me for my patronage.

Went through the drive thru and the workers have no social skills. No hello. No your welcome when I said thank you. Will not be supporting this location work on your normal everyday socials skills. Sonics turning into McDonald’s.

This location doesn't care about the customer service and also mixed up the order. Ordered double stacked burgers and they gave sandwiches. I don't recommend this place.

I can't see how this place exists anymore. Sonic used to be a great place value wise and even still has some decent food, but good luck getting to it. Every time I order through the stall, it is absolutely painful to communicate. Getting through one combo meal requires three corrections, it seems, and this last time, I really tried to speak loudly and into the machine. It made absolutely zero difference. On top of that, there were three separate interruptions in the middle of ordering. Is that what the policy is? Every other place will at least make you wait until they can take your order in one go, but here it was the most awkward, frustrating experience I've had in a while.

No complaints about the food even if the value is not great anymore, but I gave up ordering after that experience, so that's just based on previous orders.

FD “GodofCarrots” FD

Good food, actually, too bad they're too cheap and/or incompetent to create a usable cup. Within five seconds of receiving my shake, the lip popped off and caused the cup itself to collapse, splitting the cheap styrofoam and letting nearly half the shake out before I got rid of it. Somehow, this is the second time it's happened, and while I understand how, as I was squeezing it between my fingers, how else am I supposed to do it? How about better cups? Thank you for such a mess of an experience, twice.

Service has become increasingly worse over the past few months. I was charged twice for two different amounts during my last visit. I tried calling the store multiple times and no answer. I contacted corporate so still waiting to be resolved, but this was frustrating and I will not visit again.

I went to order a couple shakes and they only took the first order. When I went to order the second one they either didn’t hear me or ignored me. Paid $7 for a small shake with brownie and I added cookie dough to it. Hardly any cookie dough in there at all. Just put some on top and didn’t even mix it in. I used a gift card and when he gave it back he was not clear weather the amount of money was still on the card or still had to be paid. After he gave us the shake I asked for the receipt and he closed the window. So I didn’t get a receipt. A lot of ignoring and not speaking loud and being clear.
Forgot to add but the cup was broken at the bottom as well and melted into the cup hold of the car. Furthermore, not even half of the cup had the brownie and cookie dough. Just a scoop of coookie dough on top and DID NOT mix the brownie in either. Only really just mixed in less than half the top of the cup. When we were 1 quarter of the way through it was just straight vanilla ice cream. Way too overpriced for what was in the cup.

Ordered a cold brew, they put French vanilla on the screen as they completed order and we're gone. I re-pushed the button and they had a hard time understanding we had just ordered. They kept thinking we out in a mobile order. Once we got past that, they acted like there isn't an original cold brew option. They agreed to what I wanted and brought out a clearly French vanilla cold brew and swore they didn't put flavoring in it. I handed it back and they didn't even offer a refund. Won't be going back.

Bad service. Was made fun of, and told I’m annoying because my motorcycle is loud. Then I was sitting in the dining area and me and my 2 friends were RUDELY told to leave by 2 teenage girls. Overall 0/10 experience. Will never come to this establishment again. Mostly because of the rude staff.
Get your staff in check.
