Ordered through the app and parked in a stall. Checked in. Stall screen had my name on it, so it was correct. Worker brought out someone else’s order. 15 minutes later I hit the red button and asked if they were still working on my order. They didn’t know what my order was. I told them, and they said they were still working on it. I’ve been here for 20 minutes, and I’m still waiting. 20 minutes is a LONG time for a fast food place, and it’s not very busy.
Waited in the drive thru for about 25-30 minutes before we left. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because they were a little busy but it shouldn’t take 30+ minutes to have someone take your order in the drive thru. This place is ridiculous, just a waste of time.

My large Dr Pepper with cherry vanilla and sweet cream was the best beverage I’ve had all week! PERFECT RATIONS OF THE SYRUP TO DR PEPPER. Way to go Sonic Team, I will be coming to this location for my Dr Pepper needs! And it was served in a timely manner. I’m on cloud 9
