Wife and I both internet ordered $1.99 double cheeseburgers that were on special one day only deal and 1medium fry to share on ride home. We arrived 5 minutes before scheduled pickup time and let them know thru the app that we were there. They brought our food out about 5 minutes later and we left. Our food was exactly like we ordered but the French fries were just barely room temperature so we just ate a few and pitched the rest when we got home a few minutes later. The cheeseburgers were pretty much average, not really special but not really bad either.

We waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes (12/21). No one said a word through the drive thru the entire time. The place was half empty too. We eventually pulled to the window and there were employees in there. We assume they were just ignoring the drive thru.

How does a place operate like this and keep the lights on? I believe our shakes tonight were half whipped cream, or maybe Cool Whip. Please don't take a job in a service position if you are not a service oriented person.

Found myself passing by...A Simple Hot Burger and a Vanilla Coke that seems like real Vanilla added....That'll do it! Matt at the drive thru was super apologetic about the wait, yet I think I was only waiting for a minute...I mean lets be honest, I'm a parent, I was allowed out to fetch food...the silence in drive thru's is sometimes the only peace I have in life. If I was waiting an hour: 1. I wouldn't know. I was zoned out and at peace. 2. That's cheaper than a movie.3. Let me have it. Please?The food was made fresh, super hot and good. Made how I asked.Let's tackle something that's a little more than just food, okay? Truth Time? I love Breakfast. All Day. Any Day. Sonic has a pretty snazzy Breakfast Burrito, nothing overly fancy...I'm a fan though. Big Picture: I get completely psyched out by the fact that I know I am kind of getting the cook out of his flow...burger...burger....burger...DAMN...BURRITO. For this, I sincerely apologize...but also...I am consoled by the facts:1. You have the best grill for it. 2. You have all the ingredients.3. I'm incapable of doing it myself at home without danger. 4. I know its gonna be fresh because its not something you have laying around. You're gonna make it right now. Thank You to all the Sonic Cooks for making things...so I don't have to.

Pulled up, and didn't hear anything from the drive thru. So we sat a few minutes. Seemed a little long so I tried to get their attention. Still nothing. A pretty big line was forming. Honked, still nothing.So we pulled forward, and said we couldn't hear through the speaker box. The lady at the window was on her phone, and seemed confused, but proceeded to give us attitude even after we explained. Not sure what was going on.The shakes were good though!!! ?♂️?♂️?♂️?♂️

Abby was absolutely the most RUDE person to us. Our order was wrong two separate times, rolled her eyes, when I asked a question she didn’t answer just walked away and didn’t count the money we gave her so my husband had to ask for his change. I understand times are hard but being a decent human being shouldn’t be an issue.

Shakes are obviously delicious. Never had the food. Not happy about their no "sunshine smoothie" havin... sorry..I had heard that it was one their "secret menu" yet when I tried to order it... I was denied. So 3 stars..

The wait was over 40 minutes (and counting). We ordered ahead, and showed up shortly thereafter. They appear to be very understaffed.
The shakes at Sonic are amazing and some of the best around. My favorite is the peanutbutter shake which will not disappoint.

Ordered online there was confusion with a Wednesday one day special. Said small mozzarella sticks for $1.49 but online receipt show $4.19. This manager was great and showed me that even though the receipt was confusing it charged my card correctly. He stepped up to help a customer.

The service is friendly and good, pretty fast, and food is good. Drinks are a little pricier than they should be but thats not their fault. However, the stalls are so frustrating because there are like five out of order. They have been for a while, and I assume they just do not care. Not helpful when they already have half the amount than other locations.

Ok experience. Not only have they hiked their prices recently, their portion sizes are reduced as well. I got the BLT toaster, and I never saw a piece of Texas toast that was physically smaller than a slice of wonder bread. That's why it's called Texas toast, because everything is supposedly bigger in Texas. Their payment system in the machine was not available, and the carhop had to take and process my credit card. Then she dropped off my food without offering any condiments. A bright spot was the speed of ordering and food delivery, which was not too long.
