One of your locations, 114 and dodge, needs some training. First experience was when I was waiting for my drink (pink drink w light ice and no inclusions) and a barista was talking crap about the drink. Asking loudly “why don’t they want inclusions?! How weird”
This second time I was in the drive through and waiting at the window and the employee loudly stated “why are we getting busy?!”

Took 20 minutes for my croissant...no apology!!
